Lebanese Minister: The European Union brazenly voted to keep Syrian refugees in Lebanon

Sharaf El-Din pointed out that the European Union refused to form a tripartite committee, did not agree to disburse aid to Syrian territory, and did not want to contribute to the reconstruction of Syria.
In this context, Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides revealed the start of work to reach an agreement with Lebanon, with the aim of preventing the flow of Syrian refugees to the European Union, from its coasts, and pointed out that his country seeks to help Lebanon deal with refugees, so that more of them do not come to Lebanon. The Associated Press previously reported that the Cyprus authorities have suspended the processing of asylum applications submitted by Syrian migrants, under the pretext that large numbers of them are still arriving on the island via boats departing, especially from the coast of Lebanon.

مفوضية اللاجئين في الأردن تكشف عدد اللاجئين السوريين العائدين إلى سوريا خلال ثلاثة أشهر
قالت مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في الأردن، إن 1352 لاجئ سوري عادوا إلى بلادهم في الشهور الثلاثة الأولى من العام الحالي 2024، لافتة إلى أن العدد التراكمي للعائدين من اللاجئين منذ عام 2016 وحتى نهاية الشهر الماضي وصل لـ70.550 ألف لاجئ.
ولفتت أرقام المفوضية، الى أن "هناك 638.760 لاجئا سوريا مسجل لدى المفوضية في الأردن، وأن هناك ألفين منهم أعيد توطينهم في بلد ثالث العام الحالي"، وأكدت أن "فرص إعادة التوطين محدودة وتستند على الحصص المخصصة من بلدان إعادة التوطين".
وسبق أن حذّر وزير الخارجية الأردني "أيمن الصفدي"، من "التراجع الكبير" في الدعم الدولي للاجئين السوريين، مؤكداً خلال استقباله لأمين عام المجلس الدنماركي للاجئين "شارلوت سلنت"، أن بلاده لن تكون قادرة على سد الفراغ في المساعدات والخدمات.
واعتبر أن "حل قضية اللاجئين يكون بعودتهم إلى وطنهم، ما يستوجب جهوداً أكبر لحل الأزمة السورية وإيجاد الظروف التي تتيح العودة الطوعية للاجئين"، وأكد أن "الأردن سيستمر في بذل كل جهد ممكن والعمل مع الأشقاء والشركاء للتوصل لحل للأزمة السورية ينهي معاناة الشعب السوري ويحفظ وحدة سوريا وتماسكها وسيادتها ويخلصها من الإرهاب ويوفر ظروف العودة الطوعية للاجئين".
ويوجد في الأردن نحو 1.3 مليون سوري، قرابة نصفهم مسجلين بصفة “لاجئ” في سجلات مفوضية الأمم المتحدة للاجئين، في حين أن 750 ألفا منهم يقيمون في البلاد قبل اندلاع الثورة السورية عام 2011، بحكم النسب والمصاهرة والعلاقات التجارية بين البلدين.

زار يوم الأحد 28/4/2024 وفد من ممثلي المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا في الائتلاف الوطني السوري مقر مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية في مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
ضم وفد مملثو المجلس الوطني الكوردي في الائتلاف الوطني السوري كلا من الدكتور عبدالحكيم بشار نائب رئيس الائتلاف الوطني السوري, وعبدالله كدو عضو الهيئة السياسية للائتلاف, ورافق الوفد هورو عثمان عضو اللجنة المركزية للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا, وشيخ سعيد زادة عضو المجلس المنطقي في الحزب الديموقراطي الكوردستاني – سوريا, وتتر محمد عضو اللجنة المركزية للحزب يكيتي الكوردستاني-سوريا.
خلال اللقاء أكد وفد المجلس الوطني الكوردي على أهمية البرامج الخيرية والخدمية والثقافية وكافة نشاطات مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية في قرى ونواحي مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
وشكر وفد المجلس الوطني الكوردي مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية على الجهود التي تبذلها في خدمة أهالي مدينة عفرين في هذه المرحلة الصعبة.
كما وأكد الجانبان على استمرارية التواصل والتنسيق والتعاون بين المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا ومؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية.

منذ مطلع العام الحالي .. النظام السوري شنّ 10 هجمات بصواريخ موجَّهة ضد المدنيين
أكدت منظمة الدفاع المدني السوري تنفيذ النظام السوري 10 هجمات بصواريخ موجَّهة ضد أهداف مدنية شمال غربي سوريا منذ بداية العام الحالي.
وقالت المنظمة في بيان: إن الهجمات بالصواريخ الموجَّهة سياسة ممنهجة للقتل، يتبعها النظام باستهداف المدنيين لزيادة دقة الهجمات وإيقاع أكبر عدد ممكن من الضحايا.
ومنذ بداية العام الحالي 2024 وحتى يوم 28 نيسان الجاري، استجابت فِرَق الدفاع المدني لـ 10 استهدافات بالصواريخ الموجَّهة من قِبل النظام وروسيا والميليشيات الموالية له، استهدفت المدنيين.
وأشارت المنظمة إلى أن تلك الهجمات أدت إلى مقتل طفل ورجل، وإصابة 14 مدنياً بينهم طفلان وامرأتان.
ودعا البيان المجتمع الدولي إلى “وضع حدّ للهجمات القاتلة على السوريين وحمايتهم، ومحاسبة النظام وروسيا على جرائمهم التي يزيدها يوماً بعد يوم الإفلات من العقاب، مع غياب أي موقف أممي أو دولي لإنهاء القتل والتهجير والانتقال للحل السياسي الشامل وفق قرار مجلس الأمن 2254

صحيفة نمساوية: السوريون أكثر اللاجئين الذين حصلوا على حق الإقامة في أوربا
شكل السوريون نسبة بلغت 32% من اللاجئين الذين حصلوا على قرار إيجابي لطلباتهم ومُنحوا حق الإقامة في دول الاتحاد الأوروبي خلال العام الماضي 2023.
وفق إحصائية المديرية العامة للمفوضية الأوروبية أن نحو 409 آلاف و500 شخصاً من طالبي اللجوء حصلوا على حق الحماية في إحدى دول الاتحاد الأوروبي البالغ عددها 27 دولة خلال العام 2023، وذلك بزيادة بلغت نحو سبعة في المئة مقارنة بالعام السابق 2022.
وكشفت صحيفة (Kronen) النمساوية أن عدد القرارات الإيجابية التي حصل عليها طالبي اللجوء من أول مرة في جميع أنحاء الاتحاد الأوروبي بلغت 358 ألفاً و200، بالإضافة إلى 51 ألفاً و300 قرار إيجابي مُنح لأشخاص تقدموا باستئناف بعد رفض طلب لجوئهم في المرة الأولى.
وأشارت الصحيفة النمساوية إلى أن السوريين شكلوا أكبر مجموعة من اللاجئين الذين حصلوا على قرار إيجابي، بنسبة بلغت 32 في المئة، يليهم الأفغان (18 في المئة) والفنزويليون (10 في المئة). أما نوع الإقامة لمن حصلوا على قرار إيجابي، فإن 43 بالمئة منهم مُنح "وضع اللاجئ"، و35 في المئة مُنحوا "الحماية الثانوية"، في حين مُنح 22 في المئة منهم "وضعاً إنسانياً".
