الطائرات الإسرائيلية تقصف موقعا في محيط العاصمة السورية
أسفر قصف الطائرات الإسرائيلية لموقع أمني تابع للنظام السوري عن إصابة نحو 10 مسلحين تابعين للنظام السوري, وكشفت وسائل إعلام سورية عن استهداف نقطة عسكرية للميليشيات الإيرانية.
قالت مواقع إعلامية سورية إن طائرات إسرائيلية قصفت ليلة أمس الخميس موقعا في محيط منطقة نجها بريف العاصمة السورية دمشق، ما أسفر عن إصابة ثمانية جنود من جيش النظام السوري، في حين تحدثت وسائل إعلام عن استهداف نقطة عسكرية فيها وجود إيراني.
وأفاد موقع "صوت العاصمة" المحلي بسماع أصوات انفجارات في محيط دمشق، مشيراً إلى أن غارة جوية استهدفت نقطة عسكرية بالقرب من الجسر الخامس على طريق مطار دمشق الدولي.
وكشف موقع "صوت العاصمة" أن الدفاعات الجوية التابعة للنظام السوري لم تتعامل مع الصواريخ الإسرائيلية.
ومن جانبه أكد موقع "السويداء 24" المحلي إن قصفاً جوياً استهدف مبنى مدرسة أمن الدولة، مقابل قرية حوش الشعير، شرقي مقابر الشهداء في منطقة نجها، على طريق دمشق - السويداء، وأدى إلى دمار كبير في الموقع.
وأفادت قناة "روسيا اليوم" إن القصف الإسرائيلي استهدف نقطة عسكرية فيها وجود إيراني بمحيط منطقة نجها بريف دمشق، مشيرة إلى سقوط عدد من الإصابات نتيجة للانفجارات التي طالت المنطقة المستهدفة.

زيارة الرئيس بارزاني لمخيم كوادرنا... وسام شرف للجميع

عندما نفكر في زيارة الرئيس مسعود بارزاني إلى "مخيم البارزاني – الدورة الأولى"، نجدها كمبادرة رائدة وشجاعة، تعكس اهتماماً جاداً بمستقبل شباب وكوادر حزبنا الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني – سوريا، وتبرز الرغبة الصادقة للرئيس بارزاني في الإطلاع عن كثب على واقع الشباب والتواصل معهم، وفهم تطلعاتهم ومشكلاتهم، وبالتالي تحقيق طموحاتهم.
نحن في مكتب العلاقات الوطنية للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا، وجدنا أن إقامة مخيم مثل هذا يعدّ جزءاً من استراتيجية شاملة لتعزيز قدرات الشباب في مجموعة متنوعة من المجالات، سواء السياسية أو الثقافية أو التعليمية. إنّنا نسعى إلى توسيع آفاق شبابنا وكوادرنا وزيادة وعيهم بالقضايا المهمة في هذه المرحلة الحرجة.
لا تقتصر جهودنا على إقامة مخيم واحد، بل نعمل أيضاً على تنظيم برنامج تدريبي شامل يشمل تدريبات سياسية وإدارية وثقافية وإعلامية، بهدف تنمية مهارات كوادرنا وزيادة تأثيرهم في جميع مجالات الحياة.
أثني شخصياً على إمكانيات شباب وشابات حزبنا وجميع شباب الأحزاب الصديقة والحليفة في كوردستان سوريا، وأعبر عن ثقتي الكبيرة بقدرتهم على تغيير الواقع نحو الأفضل. نحن نشجع الشباب على المشاركة الفعّالة في البرامج الواقعية ونؤمن بأهمية إعطائهم الفرصة للتأثير والمساهمة في تطوير مجتمعهم. من هذا المنطلق، نحن دائماً نقول إن "الجيل الجديد يعرف ما يريد فلنفسح له المجال".
فيما يتعلق بإقامة المخيم، فإننا نشكر كل من ساهم ودعم هذه المبادرة، ونعبر عن امتناننا لتنظيمات حزبنا والأحزاب الحليفة التي دعمت هذا العمل. كما نقدّر جهود كوادرنا القدامى الذين ساهموا في نجاح هذا الحدث.
علينا العمل بشكل مشترك لتذليل الصعوبات التي قد تعترض استمرار هذه المبادرات، وتشجيع ودعم خريجي المخيم ليكونوا عناصر فاعلة في تطوير الحزب والمجتمع.
أعتقد بقوة أننا بإرادة الجميع، سنستطيع تحفيز الشباب على التعاون والتشبث بأرضهم ووطنهم، وعدم السماح لمن يسعى للمساس بوحدتنا وسلامتنا. إننا نقف صفاً واحداً لحماية هويتنا ونهجنا، ولن نسمح لأي تهديد بتشويهها أو تقليل قيمتها.

Documenting the killing of 68 civilians, including 13 children, 3 women, and 9 victims due to torture in Syria in April 2024
ARK News... The Syrian Network for Human Rights in its report issued today said that 68 civilians were killed in Syria in April 2024, including 13 children, 3 women, and 9 people due to torture. It also documented five attacks on vital centers, including two schools.
The report recorded the killing of 68 civilians, including 13 children and 3 women (adult female), at the hands of the parties to the conflict and the controlling forces in Syria in April 2024, of whom the Syrian regime killed 11 civilians, including 4 children and 1 woman, and ISIS killed 1 civilian, and all armed opposition factions killed The National Army killed 1 civilian, while Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham killed 6 civilians, while the Syrian Democratic Forces killed 8 civilians. According to the report, 41 civilians, including 9 children and 2 women, were killed by other parties. The report documented the occurrence of one massacre in April at the hands of the parties to the conflict and the controlling forces in Syria, and the death toll of the victims of the massacres documented in April amounted to 7 children from one family.
The report stated that in 2024, victims continued to occur due to mines planted by parties that the report was unable to identify, bringing the total number of victims due to mines since the beginning of 2024 to 63 civilians, including 9 children and 14 women.

The report also documented that the Syrian Network for Human Rights team documented at least 5 incidents of attacks on vital civilian centers, 4 of which were at the hands of Syrian regime forces and 1 at the hands of other parties. The total number of incidents of attacks on vital centers, from the beginning of 2024 until In May of the same year, there were 54 incidents of attacks by the parties to the conflict and the controlling forces in Syria.
The report stated that all factions of the armed opposition/national army violated Security Council Resolution No. 2139 through attacks considered a violation of customary international humanitarian law, causing loss of civilian lives or causing accidental injuries to them.
The report called on the Security Council to take additional measures after the issuance of Resolution No. 2254, and stressed the necessity of referring the Syrian file to the International Criminal Court and holding all those involved in crimes against humanity and war crimes accountable.

Janez Lenarčić holds the Syrian regime responsible for the disintegration of the Syrian fabric
ARK News… The European Union Crisis Management Commissioner confirmed that “the Syrian fabric is disintegrating,” and the Syrian regime bears responsibility for that.
“The Syrian crisis has developed into one of the largest humanitarian crises and one of the largest refugee crises in the world,” said Janez Lenarčić, European Union Commissioner for Crisis Management, at the opening of the Dialogue Day activities of the 8th Brussels Conference on the Future of Syria and the Region.
Lenarčić expressed "tremendous frustration and sadness" due to the worsening situation in Syria every year and little progress being made towards finding a solution.
He added, "There is hope with the launch of the current conference, which provides undiminished determination and commitment to building a better Syria," stressing that the European Union "stands by the Syrians, and reaffirms its commitment to supporting the Syrians in the country and throughout the region."

More than 200 cases of arbitrary detention were recorded in Syria during last April
ARK News… The Syrian Network for Human Rights revealed that at least 212 cases of arbitrary detention were recorded in Syria during the month of April.
The Syrian Network for Human Rights said that at least 212 cases of arbitrary arrest, “detention,” including two children and seven women were recorded throughout Syria, and 174 of them turned into cases of enforced disappearance.
According to the Syrian Network for Human Rights, kidnapping cases are as follows:
- 98 of the cases were at the hands of Syrian regime forces, including two women.
- 62 cases at the hands of the Syrian Democratic Forces, including 9 children and 3 women.
- 41 cases at the hands of all armed opposition factions, including two children and two women.
- 11 cases at the hands of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham.
According to the network, the highest number of cases of arbitrary arrest was in Aleppo Governorate, followed by Deir Ez-Zour, followed by Damascus countryside, then Homs, then Damascus, then Idlib and Hasakah, then Daraa.

Today, Thursday, 2/5/2024, a delegation from the Parties Relations Department of the First Branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by the official of the Relations Office, Manaf Bamerni, visited the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria in Domiz camp in Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region.
The Kurdistan Democratic delegation was received by Haji Kalo, member of the Political Bureau, and Hiyam Abdul Rahman, member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the service conditions for Syrian Kurdistan refugees residing in the camps, and discussed how to find appropriate solutions to their problems, facilitate their affairs, and approach their suffering in various fields and levels.
The two sides highlighted the historical relations between the two brotherly parties in serving the justice and legitimacy of the Kurdish cause in the immortal approach of Barzani.
During the meeting, the political developments in the region and their repercussions and implications for the region in general were discussed.

The commemoration ceremony took place today, Thursday 2/5/2024, at the grave of the national figure and freedom fighter Muhammad Mulla Issa in the village of “Derfilît” in Kobani city in Syrian Kurdistan.
Adnan Bozan, head of the Local Council of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, delivered a speech of the National Council, in which he spoke about the virtues of the fighter in serving the Kurdish cause.
The freedom fighter, Muhammad Mulla Issa, joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria in 1970. He fought there with all dedication and sincerity in the cities of Kobani, Aleppo, and Raqqa, and he remained in the immortal path of Barzani until he passed away.
The freedom fighter Muhammad Mulla Issa passed away on May 2, 2023 after suffering from an incurable illness in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region. His body was buried in his birthplace, the village of “Derfilît” in Kobani city in Syrian Kurdistan.

ARK News… A young man from Sari Kaniye city in Syrian Kurdistan died in Hasakah city following an accident that fell from a building in which he lived.
Local sources from Hasakah said that the young man, Sherko Abdel-Razzaq Khalil, fell about 10 days ago from the fourth floor of a building he lived in in the Tel Hajar neighborhood in Hasakah city. After staying for several days in the hospital, he died of his injuries.

خلال اللقاء تطرق الجانبان للأوضاع الخدمية للاجئي كوردستان سوريا المقيمين في المخيمات, وبحثا كيفية إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمشاكلهم وتسهيل أمورهم والتقرب من معاناتهم في مختلف المجالات والأصعدة.
وسلط الجانبان الضوء على العلاقات التاريخية بين الحزبين الشقيقين في خدمة عدالة القضية الكوردية ومشروعيتها على نهج البارزاني الخالد.
وتم خلال اللقاء مناقشة المستجدات السياسية في المنطقة وتداعياتها وانعكاساتها على المنطقة بشكل عام.

أحيا الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا السنوية الأولى لرحيل المناضل محمد ملا عيسى في مدينة كوباني بكوردستان سوريا.
بحضور وفدٍ من المجلس المحلي للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا ورفاق الحزب، جرت مراسم الإحياء اليوم الخميس 2/5/2024 على قبر الشخصية الوطنية والمناضل محمد ملا عيسى في قرية "درفليت - Derfilît " التابعة لمدينة كوباني.
ألقى عدنان بوزان رئيس محلية كوباني للمجلس الوطني الكوردي، كلمة المجلس، ومحمد عصمت كلمة الحزب، متحدثين عن مناقب المناضل في خدمة القضية الكوردية.
انضم المناضل محمد علا عيسى إلى صفوف الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا عام 1970. ناضل فيها بكل تفان وإخلاص فی مدن كوباني وحلب والرقة وبقي على نهج البارزاني الخالد إلى أن وافته المنية.
رحل المناضل محمد ملا عيسى يوم 2/5/2023 بعد معاناة من مرض عُضال ألمَّ به في أربيل عاصمة إقليم كوردستان, ووري جثمانه الثرى في مسقط رأسه بقرية "درفليت - Derfilît ".
