مطار دبي الدولي يلغي أكثر من 10 رحلات بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية
أعلن مطار دبي الدولي، اليوم الخميس ( 2/5/2024 ) عن الغاء 13 رحلة بسبب سوء الأحوال الجوية.
وقال مطار دبي الدولي في بيان، انه تم تحويل خمسة رحلات وإلغاء 13 رحلة، اليوم، بسبب الحالة الجوية.
ودعت إدارة المطار، المسافرين الى إتاحة وقت إضافي للوصول الى المطار نظرا لوجود بعض الازدحام على الطرق، واشار الى امكانية استخدام مترو دبي للوصول.

خبير الزلازل الهولندي يطلق تحذيرا جديدا بوقوع زلازل في عدة دول
أطلق خبير الزلازل الهولندي فرانك هوغربيتس، امس الأربعاء، تحذيرًا جديدًا، بوقوع زلازل في القارتين الأمريكيتين (الشمالية والجنوبية).
وقد أفاد هوغربيتس يوم الجمعة الماضي، بوجود نشاط زلزالي خلال اليومين المقبلين في تايوان ومحيطها، وضربت فعلًا زلازل تايوان واليابان وإندونيسيا، بعد ساعات.
وامس الأربعاء، كتب فرانك، في منصة "إكس": "لقد شهدنا العديد من التقلبات الجوية في الأيام القليلة الماضية.. ويمكن أن يشير هذا إلى اضطرابات زلزالية مقبلة".
وأضاف أن المناطق المحتمل وقوع زلازل فيها هي تقريبية، وهي في الأمريكيتين، مرفقًا صورًا توضيحية نشرها على حساب "SSGEOS".

يانيز لينارتشيت يحمل النظام السوري مسؤولية تفكك النسيج السوري
أكد مفوّض إدارة الأزمات في الاتحاد الأوروبي أن "النسيج السوري يتفكك"، والنظام السوري يتحمل المسؤولية عن ذلك.
قال ، يانيز لينارتشيتش، مفوّض إدارة الأزمات في الاتحاد الأوروبي في افتتاح فعاليات يوم الحوار من مؤتمر بروكسل الثامن لمستقبل سوريا والمنطقة: "إن الأزمة السورية تطورت لتصبح واحدة من أكبر الأزمات الإنسانية وواحدة من أكبر أزمات اللاجئين في العالم".
وأعرب لينارتشيتش عن "إحباط وحزن هائلين"، بسبب تفاقم الوضع في سوريا سنويا ون إحراز تقدم ضئيل نحو إيجاد الحل.
وأضاف أن "الأمل موجود مع إطلاق المؤتمر الحالي الذي يقدم إصراراً والتزاماً غير منقوصين لبناء سوريا أفضل"، مؤكداً أن الاتحاد الأوروبي "يقف إلى جانب السوريين، ويؤكد من جديد التزامه بدعم السوريين في البلاد وفي جميع أرجاء المنطقة".

تسجيل أكثر من 200 حالة احتجاز تعسفي في سوريا خلال نيسان المنصرم
كشفت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان، أنه تم تسجيل ما لا يقل عن 212 حالة احتجاز تعسفي في سوريا خلال شهر نيسان الماضي.
قالت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان إن ما لا يقل عن 212 حالة اعتقال " احتجاز " تعسفي/ بينها طفلين إثنين و7 سيدات تم تسجيها في عموم سوريا, وقد تحوَّل 174 منها إلى حالات اختفاء قسري.
وحسب الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان حالات الاختطاف كالتالي:
ـ 98 من الحالات على يد قوات النظام السوري، بينهم سيدتان.
ـ 62 حالة على يد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية بينهم 9 أطفال و3 سيدات.
ـ 41 حالة على يد جميع فصائل المعارضة المسلحة بينهم طفلان وسيدتان.
ـ 11 حالة على يد هيئة تحرير الشام.
وفق الشبكة أنَّ الحصيلة الأعلى لحالات الاعتقال " الاحتجاز " التعسفي/ كانت من نصيب محافظة حلب تليها دير الزور تليها ريف دمشق، ثم حمص، ثم دمشق، ثم إدلب والحسكة ثم درعا.

16 عاما يحتاجها سكان غزة لإعادة بناء منازلهم المدمرة
في حال توقفت الحرب في غزة اليوم، فسوف يستغرق الأمر حتى عام 2040 لإعادة بناء جميع المنازل التي دمرت في القطاع خلال قرابة 7 أشهر من القصف الإسرائيلي والهجمات البرية، بحسب تقديرات الأمم المتحدة الصادرة الخميس.
وقال مدير برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي أخيم شتاينر "كل يوم إضافي تستمر فيه هذه الحرب يفرض تكاليف باهظة ومضاعفة على سكان غزة وجميع الفلسطينيين".
وتضرر ما لا يقل عن 370 ألف وحدة سكنية في غزة، بما في ذلك 79 ألفا دمرت بالكامل، وفقا للتقرير الجديد الصادر عن برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي ولجنة الأمم المتحدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغرب آسيا، الذي يوضح بالتفصيل كيف أدى الهجوم الإسرائيلي، الذي بدأ بعد هجوم حماس في 7 أكتوبر، إلى تدمير اقتصاد الأراضي الفلسطينية، وكيف سيزداد التأثير كلما طال أمد الصراع.
وبعد الصراعات السابقة بين إسرائيل وحماس، أعيد بناء المساكن بمعدل 992 وحدة سنويا. وقال التقرير إنه حتى لو سمحت إسرائيل بزيادة مواد البناء إلى غزة بمقدار خمسة أضعاف، فسوف يستغرق الأمر حتى عام 2040 لإعادة بناء المنازل المدمرة، دون إصلاح المنازل المتضررة.
في غزة، أدى الهجوم الإسرائيلي إلى إغلاق الاقتصاد فعليا، والذي انكمش بنسبة 81 بالمئة في الربع الأخير من عام 2023. وأوضح التقرير أن "الأساس الإنتاجي للاقتصاد قد تم تدميره"، مع تعرض قطاعاته لخسائر تزيد عن 90 بالمئة.
وتخضع غزة، التي يسكنها حوالي 2.3 مليون فلسطيني، لحصار من إسرائيل منذ سيطرة حماس على القطاع عام 2007، ما يفرض رقابة مشددة على ما يدخل ويخرج من القطاع. وحتى قبل الحرب، واجهت غزة "بطالة مفرطة" بنسبة 45 بالمئة، لتصل إلى نحو 63 بالمئة بين العمال الأصغر سنا. ومنذ بداية الحرب فقدت حوالي 201 ألف وظيفة.
أثرت الحرب أيضا على الضفة الغربية، حيث فرضت إسرائيل منذ أشهر قيودا على الحركة. وقال التقرير إنه في عام 2024، انكمش الاقتصاد الفلسطيني بأكمله – في كل من غزة والضفة الغربية – حتى الآن بنسبة 25.8 بالمائة، وإذا استمرت الحرب ستصل الخسارة إلى 29 بالمائة بحلول يوليو، أي ما يعادل 7.6 مليارات دولار.
كما يواجه القطاع كارثة إنسانية، وأدت الحرب إلى نزوح حوالي 80 بالمئة من سكان غزة، البالغ عددهم 2.3 مليون نسمة، من ديارهم، بالإضافة لدمار واسع النطاق في العديد من البلدات والمدن، وباتت مناطق شمال غزة على شفا مجاعة.

الحسكة.. وفاة شاب من سري كانيه إثر سقوطه من الطابق الرابع في بناية كان يسكنها
توفي شاب من مدينة سري كانيه بكوردستان سوريا، في مدينة الحسكة إثر حادث سقوط من بناية كان يسكن فيها.
قالت مصادر محلية من الحسكة إن الشاب شيركو عبد الرزاق خليل، سقط منذ نحو 10 أيام من الطابق الرابع في بناية كان يسكنها بحي تل حجر في مدينة الحسكة, وبعد المكوث عدة أيام في المستشفى توفي متأثرا بجروحه.

America and Europe warn of military escalation in Suwayda
ARK News… American and European officials warned of a military escalation in Suwayda, after Syrian regime forces brought huge reinforcements to the governorate.
A US State Department official expressed the United States' condemnation of any use of excessive force against peaceful demonstrators in Suwayda, reiterating his country's support for Syrians in exercising their right to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression.
For his part, European Union spokesman Luis Miguel Bueno said that the Syrian regime must learn from the past and not use force against demonstrators, stressing that Syrians must have the right to peaceful protest.
Bueno confirmed that they are monitoring the situation in Suwayda, stressing the condemnation of any use of excessive force against peaceful demonstrators, adding: “We urge all concerned to refrain from violence.”
June also stressed that the European Union does not intend to normalize relations with the Syrian regime, nor to lift sanctions against it, nor to contribute to the reconstruction of Syria, unless the regime engages in a real political process within the framework of UN Resolution 2254.
Over the past few days, the Syrian regime has sent huge military reinforcements to Suwayda Governorate, distributed among the regime’s military barracks and security branches within the city.

Germany renews its emphasis on the political solution in Syria and its rejection of normalization with the regime
ARK News… Germany's special envoy to Syria, Stefan Schneck, renewed his country's emphasis that a political solution is the way to end the Syrian crisis.
On the sidelines of the “Brussels” conference to support the future of Syria and the region, Schneck explained that the European Union countries are still committed to not normalizing relations with Damascus, refusing to lift sanctions on the latter, and rejecting reconstruction in Syria unless there are seriousness and concrete steps regarding a political solution, as he put it.
Schneck pointed out that the political process was discussed in accordance with Resolution 2254, and early recovery in Syria without harming the prospects of reaching a political solution.

Geir Pedersen meets with representatives of Western countries to discuss the situation in Syria
ARK News… Geir Pedersen, the United Nations Special Envoy to Syria, met on the sidelines of the eighth session of the Brussels Conference to Support the Future of Syria and the Region, with representatives of Western countries, and discussed with them the situation in Syria.
Pedersen said on the “X” platform that he met in Brussels with Germany’s special envoy to Syria, the Assistant US Deputy Secretary of State and the Director of the Syria Department in the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The UN envoy pointed out that "the instability and suffering underscore the need to calm tensions and protect and assist Syrian civilians, and the importance of making new efforts towards a comprehensive political process in accordance with Security Council Resolution 2254."
During his participation in the dialogue with the Women's Advisory Council, the Civil Society Support Chamber, the European Union, and donors,
Geir Pedersen stressed that "comprehensive approaches that focus on Syrians and diverse viewpoints are crucial in our efforts to move the political process forward."
Today, Tuesday, the eighth Brussels Conference to support the future of Syria and the region began, and the European Union confirmed in a statement announcing the date of the conference that it will continue to “mobilize all available tools to support a negotiated political solution in line with Resolution 2254.”
The European Union said in its statement that about 800 participants will attend the conference, which is an “invaluable opportunity to participate and deepen dialogue with the Syrian community from Syria, neighboring countries and diaspora, key stakeholders in the United Nations and its agencies, member states of the European Union and third countries, in addition to representatives of International non-governmental organizations. According to the statement, the conference will reaffirm "the international community's support for the Syrian people, and for the efforts of the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy to Syria, Geir Pedersen, to reach a negotiated political solution to the conflict, in line with Security Council Resolution No. 2254."
