ناقش وفد من الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا مع مسؤول الفرع السادس للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني عدة مواضيع تنظيمية في برلين عاصمة ألمانيا.
زار يوم السبت ( 27/4/2024 ) وفد من الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا مقر الفرع السادس للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني في العاصمة الألمانية برلين, ضم كلا من حسين محمد رئيس محلية برلين للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا, ومحمد صالح أحمد أميناكي مسؤول تنظيم برلين للديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا, وكولال مراد عضو الجالية الكوردستانية, ووضحة موسى عضو محلية برلين للمجلس الوطني الكوردي.
أستقبل وفد الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا من قبل سرهد غفوري مسؤول الفرع السادس للديمقراطي الكوردستاني, وسكفان صالح وسروه برزنجي نائبا مسؤول الفرع, ولطيف خوشناو المسؤول الإداري للفرع.
تم خلال اللقاء مناقشة عدة قضايا تنظيمية في برلين والنشاطات التي تخدم القضية الكوردية ونهج البارزاني الخالد والجالية الكوردستانية في ألمانيا.

نيجيرفان بارزاني والسوداني يشددان على أهمية مواصلة الحوار البناء بين أربيل وبغداد
اجتمع رئيس إقليم كوردستان نيجيرفان بارزاني، مساء اليوم السبت 27 نيسان 2024، مع رئيس الوزراء الاتحادي محمد شياع السوداني في العاصمة العراقية بغداد.
قالت رئاسة إقليم كوردستان في بيانٍ لها، إن الاجتماع تباحث حول الأوضاع في العراق بشكل عام، وتناول جهود وخطوات الحكومة الاتحادية في المجالات الخدمية والتنموية وفقاً لجدول أعمالها، بهدف تحسين خدمات ورفاهية المواطنين في جميع أنحاء البلاد. مشيراً "إلى أن الجانبين شددا على أهمية مواصلة الحوار البناء بين الحكومة الاتحادية وحكومة إقليم كوردستان بشأن القضايا المشتركة".
أضاف البيان، بأن الجانبين سلطا الضوء على أحدث التطورات والمستجدات السياسية في البلاد، وأكدا على أهمية استمرار دعم الجهود الحكومية على الصعيدين الداخلي والخارجي، بالإضافة إلى تعزيز العلاقات بين أربيل وبغداد. وفي هذا السياق، أشارا إلى ضرورة دعم جميع الأطراف السياسية العراقية.
ولفت البيان إلى أن رئيس الوزراء الاتحادي محمد شياع السوداني قد رأى أن زيارة رئيس إقليم كوردستان إلى بغداد لمعالجة جميع القضايا المشتركة تعد بالغة الأهمية، بدوره، عبّر نيجيرفان بارزاني عن تقديره للخطوات التي اتخذها رئيس الوزراء السوداني، ولإصراره على الحوار بين جميع الأطراف من أجل تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي في البلاد.

قامشلو.. وفد من محلية الحي الغربي للمجلس الوطني الكوردي يزور مكتبي الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وPYDK
زار وفد من مجلس محلية الحي الغربي للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا, مكتبي الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وحزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني بعد إحراقهما من قبل مسلحي PYD في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا.
خلال الزيارة التي جرت يوم أمس 27 نيسان 2024، تفقد الوفد المكتبين ومحتوياتهما مديناً هذا العمل الممنهج ضد أحزاب المجلس الوطني الكوردي، مضيفاً أن مثل هذه الممارسات تثير قلق الأهالي في كوردستان سوريا وتزعزع الاستقرار.
أحرق مسلحو إدارة PYD في وقت متأخر من ليلة الثلاثاء - الأربعاء 23 – 24 نيسان، المكتب الشرقي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا, ومكتب حزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا.
قام مسلحو إدارة PYD خلال هجومهم بحرق الممتلكات الموجودة في المكتب الشرقي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا ومكتب حزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني.
وأدانت الأمانة العامة للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا، تعرض مكاتب أحزاب المجلس للاعتداء والحرق، مطالبةً "المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية والتحالف الدولي وفي المقدمة منها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية باتخاذ ما يلزم لوقف هذه الاعتداءات التي تزيد من حالة الاحتقان والتوتر وعدم الاستقرار".
من جهتها، قالت السفارة الأمريكية في سوريا عبر صفحتها الرسمية على منصة (فيسبوك)، يوم الخميس 25 نيسان: "ندين حرق مكاتب الحزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني في القامشلي". مشددةً على أنه "يجب أن تتوقف الهجمات على المكاتب والأحزاب السياسية في شمال سوريا، ويجب محاسبة المسؤولين عنها".
وحثت السفارة الأمريكية "جميع الأطراف على الانخراط في خطاب هادف لتحقيق تطلعات الشعب السوري دون عنف".

Dr... Abdel Hakim Bachar and Abdullah Kaddo visit Rajo district in Afrin
ARK News… As part of a tour conducted by Dr. Abdel Hakim Bachar, Vice President of the National Coalition, and Abdullah Kaddo, a member of the political body within the National Coalition delegation in Afrin city and its environs and villages, attended a meeting, on Friday April 26, 2024, with members of the Kurdish National Council and some members of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.
Both Bachar and Kaddo spoke about the general Syrian situation, the events in the region and their repercussions on the Syrian situation, then about the plans of the National Coalition in its areas, including Afrin, its towns and villages, and its determination to stop all violations, hold their perpetrators accountable, achieve security and safety, protect people’s property, and economic advancement through an ambitious work program.
Both Bachar and Kaddo spoke at length about the Kurdish National Council’s policies and positions, and about the efforts it is making, in coordination with its representatives in the Coalition and the rest of the council’s institutions, to achieve safety and stability in Afrin, and to work through the Coalition on the return of the people of Afrin from the al-Shahba camps and others to their cities and villages and the status of the factions. Armed forces station their own military sites outside cities and residential areas, control the chaos of weapons, create a fair judiciary, protect people’s property and lives, and address issues related to taxes, absentee property, and other issues.
Bachar and Kaddo listened to everyone present and the problems the region is suffering from, whether in terms of the continued imposition of arbitrary taxes by armed factions, and exorbitant taxes on absentees who left Afrin for various reasons, as well as service and health issues.
Bachar and Kaddo, in the name of the Council’s representation in the coalition, promised the attendees to continue working to solve their problems and difficulties that confront them by presenting them, discussing them, and demanding that appropriate solutions be developed, through the Coalition as well as with the concerned parties.

في إطار جولة يقوم بها كل من د. عبد الحكيم بشار نائب رئيس الائتلاف الوطني وعبدالله كدو عضو الهيئة السياسية ضمن وفد الائتلاف الوطني في مدينة عفرين ونواحيها وقراها، حضرا لقاء أمس 26 نيسان 2024 مع أعضاء المجلس الوطني الكوردي وبعض أعضاء منطقية الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا.
تحدث كل من بشار وكدو عن الوضع السوري العام وأحداث المنطقة وتداعياتها على الوضع السوري، ثم عن خطط الائتلاف الوطني في المناطق التابعة لها ومن ضمنها عفرين ونواحيها وقراها وعزمها على وقف جميع الانتهاكات ومحاسبة مرتكبيها وتحقيق الأمن والأمان وحماية ممتلكات الناس والنهوض الاقتصادي من خلال برنامج عمل طموح.
وتحدث كل من بشار وكدو عن سياسات المجلس الوطني الكوردي ومواقفه بإسهاب، وعن ما يبذله من جهد، بالتنسيق مع ممثليه في الائتلاف وباقي مؤسسات المجلس لتحقيق الأمان والاستقرار في عفرين، والعمل من خلال الائتلاف على عودة أهالي عفرين من مخيمات الشهباء وغيرها الى مدنهم وقراهم ووضع الفصائل المسلحة في مواقع عسكرية خاصة بها خارج المدن والمناطق السكنية وضبط فوضى السلاح، وخلق قضاء عادل وحماية ممتلكات الناس وحياتهم ومعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالضرائب وأملاك الغائب وغيرها من القضايا.
وقد استمع بشار وكدو الى جميع الحضور وما تعانيه المنطقة من مشاكل، سواء لجهة استمرار فرض الضرائب الاعتباطية من قبل فصائل مسلحة، وضرائب باهظة على الغائبين الذين غادروت عفرين لأسباب مختلفة، وكذلك عن القضايا الخدمية والصحية.
وقد وعد بشار وكدو وباسم ممثلية المجلس في الائتلاف الحضور بالاستمرار في العمل على حل مشاكلهم والصعوبات التي تعترضهم من خلال عرضها ومناقشتها والمطالبة بوضع حلول مناسبة لها، من خلال الائتلاف وكذلك مع الجهات المعنية.

واشنطن تدين استهداف كورمور: إهانة لسيادة العراق
أدانت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية استهداف حقل كورمور الغازي في محافظة السليمانية ودعت إلى التحقيق وتقديم المسؤولين عنه إلى العدالة، معتبرة الهجوم «إهانة» لسيادة العراق.
وأدانت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية في بيان للمتحدث باسمها ماثيو ميلر، الهجمات على «المدنيين والبنية التحتية للطاقة» في إقليم كوردستان، مؤكدة استمرار العمل مع الحكومة العراقية وإقليم كوردستان لـ «دعم أمن العراق واستقراره وسيادته».
وقدمت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية التعازي لأسر الضحايا متمنية الشفاء العاجل للجرحى.
وشددت على أن «مثل هذه الهجمات تشكّل إهانة لسيادة العراق»، وفي الوقت نفسه حثت السلطات على التحقيق في ملابساته، و«تقديم المسؤولين إلى العدالة».
وأصدر رئيس حكومة إقليم كوردستان مسرور بارزاني بياناً، الجمعة، أدان فيه بشدة الهجمات التي استهدفت حقل كورمور، وأسفرت عن سقوط ضحايا، داعياً الحكومة الاتحادية إلى فتح تحقيق جاد ومحاسبة الجناة والسيطرة على المجاميع المسلحة الخارجة عن القانون.
كما أصدرت حكومة إقليم كوردستان بياناً بشأن الهجوم الذي استهدف حقل غاز كورمور بقضاء جمجمال في محافظة السليمانية، كاشفة عن ارتفاع حصيلة الاستهداف إلى 4 قتلى، وأشارت إلى أن العمل الإرهابي أدى إلى استشهاد أربعة موظفين يحملون الجنسية اليمنية، وتعرض الحقل لأضرارٍ بالغة، ما سيؤثر على نقص الطاقة الكهربائية بشكلٍ كبير، داعية الحكومة الاتحادية إلى العثور على مرتكبي هذا العمل الإرهابي وتقديمهم للعدالة ومنع تكرار هذه الأعمال.

Badr Jamous: Any political solution for Syria without the issue of detainees and missing persons will not be acceptable

Jamous considered that the issue of detainees and missing persons is a basic humanitarian issue that has priority, and any political solution will not be acceptable unless this issue is resolved.” He stressed the need to accommodate the requests of the victims and the families of the victims, especially since it is an item of Resolution 2254, which includes the points that must be worked on to reach a solution. The political solution is to implement the decision.”

Damascus... A severe wind storm causes the death of a medical student
ARK News… A tree uprooted by a strong wind storm that struck the capital, Damascus, caused the death of a young man who was a sixth-year student at the Faculty of Medicine.
Pages on social media platforms circulated news of the death of the young man, Mustafa al-Bika’i, after a sudden storm caused a tree to be uprooted and fall on his head, while he was sitting with his parents inside Tishreen Park in central Damascus.
According to news published on social media pages, al-Bika’i was a sixth-year student at the Faculty of Human Medicine at Damascus University.
Until the end of this month, Damascus and various areas of Syria are witnessing a state of instability in the atmosphere, resulting in a phenomenon called “downward winds.”

At dawn on April 24, 2024, an armed group attacked the headquarters of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria and the Kurdistan Democratic Unity Party - Syria in Qamishli city and set them on fire, which led to the burning of the furniture and all the existing contents. Simultaneously, another attempt was made to burn the office of the Kurdish National Council in Tirbaspiye city.
This action indicates that the perpetrators aim, through these disgraceful actions, to create anxiety and tension and increase the state of tension in light of popular anticipation of the possibility of the return of dialogues between the Kurdish political parties.
We in the Kurdish Progressive Democratic Party in Syria denounce and condemn these attacks and practices that do not serve the Kurdish cause, and at the same time we call on the Autonomous Administration and the Asayish forces to assume their responsibilities for the safety, security and protection of the offices of political parties in areas under their control, and to arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice and hold them accountable, as we declare our solidarity with everyone affected by this cowardly operation.

The Syrian regime sends additional military reinforcements to Suwayda
ARK News… Syrian media sources revealed that the Syrian regime sent additional military reinforcements to the Suwayda Governorate in southern Syria.
The local "Suwayda 24" network said that on Friday, April 26, 2024, the Syrian regime's security forces sent additional reinforcements to the Suwayda Governorate, where a convoy was seen coming from the capital, Damascus, including five buses loaded with dozens of members, and several cars equipped with medium machine guns.
