خلال 24 ساعة.. سوريا تتأثر بخمس هزات أرضية
كشف "المركز الوطني للزلازل" التابع للنظام السوري عن تأثر سوريا خلال الساعات الـ 24 الماضية، بخمس هزات أرضية غربي البلاد.
قال المركز الوطني للزلازل التابع للنظام السوري أن خلال الـ24 الساعة الماضية تاثرت سوريا بخمس هزات أرضية جميعها تركزت غربي البلاد وكانت خفيفة الشدة لم تحدث أي أضرار.
وحسب المركز الوطني للزلازل كانت الهزة الأولى في البحر المتوسط "92" كيلومتراً جنوب شرقي مدينة كرباتوس اليونانية، وكانت شدتها ( 3.8 ) درجات على مقياس ريختر.
وفق المركز جرى تسجيل هزتين في وسط تركيا بلغت شدتهما ( 3.4 و2.4 ) درجات، بينما كانت الهزة الرابعة في شمال شرقي اللاذقية بنحو" 9 " كيلومترات وبشدة ( 2 درجة )، والخامسة شمال غربي اللاذقية بنحو " 37 "كيلومتراً بشدة تقدر بـ ( 1.9 ) درجة.

تلبية لدعوة رسمية من جمهورية إيران الإسلامية، من المقرر أن يزور، نيجيرفان بارزاني، رئيس إقليم كوردستان مساء اليوم الأحد العاصمة الإيرانية " طهران " يرافقه وفد يضم نائبي رئيس الإقليم ووزير داخلية إقليم كوردستان ورئيس ديوان الرئاسة وعدد من مسؤولي إقليم كوردستان.
وحسب موقع رئاسة إقليم كوردستان خلال الزيارة، سيجتمع رئيس إقليم كوردستان مع كبار المسؤولين في إيران ويبحث معهم سبل تعزيز العلاقات والتعاون الثنائي بين إيران وبين العراق وإقليم كوردستان، إلى جانب مناقشة الأوضاع والتطورات التي تشهدها المنطقة بصورة عامة.

أربيل.. وفاة لاجئ من كوردستان سوريا بعد أسبوعين من دخوله الغيبوبة
أودى حادث سير في أربيل عاصمة إقليم كوردستان بحياة لاجئ كوردي من كوردستان سوريا بعد دخوله في حالة الغيبوبة لعدة أيام.
قالت مصادر مقربة من عائلة اللاجئ إن اللاجئ عدنان حسين حجي من قرية ( كرداهول – Girdahol ) التابعة لمدينة تربه سبيه بكوردستان سوريا تعرض قبل اسبوعين لحادث سير في مدينة أربيل عاصمة إقليم كوردستان.
وأضاف المصادر أن اللاجئ " عدنان " دخل في غيبوبة جراء حادث السير لمدة أسبوعين, وتوفي اليوم الأحد ( 5/5/2024 ).
وحسب المصادر المقربة من العائلة أن اللاجئ المتوفي "عدنان حسين حجي" متزوج ولديه 3 أطفال.

فقدان طفل من عفرين خلال رحلة اللجوء إلى أوربا
ناشد ذوو طفل كوردي من عفرين بكوردستان سوريا للبحث عن ابنهم الذي فقد بعد غرق قاربهم أثناء رحلة اللجوء إلى أوربا.
قالت مصادر محلية أن ذوي الطفل آدم هيثم بحري هورو من أهالي قرية قسطل خضريا بمدينة عفرين في كوردستان سوريا يناشدون للبحث عن ابنهم وكشف مصيره بعد فقدانه أثناء رحلة اللجوء من تركيا إلى أوروبا.
وحسب المصادر المحلية أن الطفل " آدم " فُقِد بعد غرق قاربهم أثناء رحلة اللجوء إلى أوربا, وتم إنقاذ ذويه.

خبراء أمميون يحثون الاتحاد الأوروبي على حظر احتجاز الأطفال المهاجرين
دعا خبراء أمميون مستقلون أعضاء الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى حظر احتجاز الأطفال المهاجرين فيما يستعدون لتنفيذ ميثاق الهجرة واللجوء الذي تم اعتماده حديثا، ودعوا المفوضية الأوروبية إلى وضع إرشادات محددة بشأن استقبال ورعاية الأطفال تركز على حقوقهم.
وقال الخبراء، في بيان صحفي، إنه ينبغي للدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي أن تحظر صراحة احتجاز المهاجرين من الأطفال في تشريعاتها الوطنية، وذلك في غياب حظر إقليمي موحد، وأن تضع في نهاية المطاف حدا لهذه الممارسة بحق جميع المهاجرين الآخرين.
وشددوا على أن احتجاز الأطفال بسبب وضعهم أو وضع والديهم كمهاجرين "لا يخدم مطلقا مصلحة الطفل ودائما ما يمثل انتهاكا لحقوقه" وفق موقع أخبار الأمم المتحدة.
وحذر الخبراء من خطر أن يصبح احتجاز المهاجرين البالغين ممارسة ثابتة على الحدود الخارجية للاتحاد، "وهذا من شأنه أن يجعل إدارة الهجرة في الاتحاد الأوروبي رجعية بشكل مثير للقلق". وأشاروا إلى أن بدائل الحرمان من الحرية "ليست ضرورية فقط لحماية كرامة الناس وإنسانيتهم وصحتهم ورفاههم، ولكنها أيضا أقل تكلفة بكثير".
ورحب الخبراء بإنشاء آليات مستقلة في المستقبل تهدف إلى مراقبة الاحترام الصارم لحقوق الإنسان أثناء إجراءات التفتيش على الحدود المنفذة على المستوى الوطني، مشددين على أهمية دمج حماية حقوق الإنسان في جميع الإجراءات وإجراء مشاورات هادفة مع منظمات المجتمع المدني.
ودعا الخبراء المستقلون الاتحاد الأوروبي وأعضاءه إلى توسيع وتنويع مسارات الهجرة النظامية وإعادة التوطين، بهدف منع ومعالجة المخاطر التي يتعرض لها اللاجئون والمهاجرون، بما في ذلك الاتجار بالبشر وغيره من الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان.
من المتوقع أن يدخل ميثاق الاتحاد الأوروبي بشأن الهجرة واللجوء حيز التنفيذ عام 2026 بعد اعتماده من قبل البرلمان الأوروبي، وفي انتظار موافقة مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي.

وفاة لاجئ من كوردستان سوريا إثر سقوطه من مبنی في السليمانية
فقد لاجئ من كوردستان سوريا حياته إثر سقوطه من بناية كان يعمل فيها بمدينة السليمانية في إقليم كوردستان.
أفادت مصادر مقربة من العائلة أن اللاجئ فردون محمد حسو فقد حياته يوم السبت ( 4/5/2024 ) أثناء عمله، بعد سقوطه من مبنى كان يعمل فيه بمدينة السليمانية في إقليم كوردستان.
ينحدر اللاجئ فردون محمد حسو من قرية عليشار التابعة لمدينة كوباني بكوردستان سوريأ.

A delegation from the US Senate reiterates its support for the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region
ARK News… The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government discussed with a delegation from the US Senate ways to strengthen bilateral relations, the latest developments in Iraq, and the importance of preserving the constitutional rights and financial entitlements of the Kurdistan Region.
On Saturday, May 4, 2024, Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, received a delegation from the US Senate that included Senators Ted Budd and Joni Ernst.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations, the latest developments in Iraq, and the importance of preserving the constitutional rights and financial entitlements of the Kurdistan Region.
The US Senate delegation renewed its support for the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region.
For his part, the Prime Minister expressed his thanks to the United States for its continued support, especially its support for the Peshmerga.
He stressed the need to address the controversial issues between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government based on the provisions of the Constitution and the signed agreements, as well as respect for the principles of the federal system and the constitutional entity of the Kurdistan Region.

A delegation from the Senate to Nechirvan Barzani: Washington views the Kurdistan Region as an important ally
ARK News… On Saturday, May 4, 2024, the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, received a delegation from the US Senate, which included Senators Johnny Erntz and Ted Budd and a number of their entourage.
