Barzani Charity opens a course to teach mobile maintenance in Afrin

The foundation said on its Facebook page: “On November 19, 2023, the Barzani Charity Foundation opened a course to teach mobile maintenance in the Jenderes town of Afrin.”
It added that “six city residents participated in the course,” and stressed that through these courses she aims to “teach local residents a profession that will help them secure a living.”
The Barzani Charity Foundation is the first organization to enter the Afrin region of Syrian Kurdistan after the earthquake last February to provide relief aid, and on June 4, it opened a cultural and development center called the “Barzani Center for Culture and Development” in Afrin.

كوردستان سوريا تواجه أزمة وقود حادة وإدارة PYD تدعم النظام بالنفط
استفحلت أزمة الوقود في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا بعد فقدان المازوت في غالبية محطات الوقود في المدينة, الأمر الذي أجبر المواطنين للوقوف ساعات للحصول على ليترات قليلة من المازوت.
أفادت مصادر محلية لموقع آرك نيوز أن أزمة الوقود اجتاحت مدينة قامشلو خاصة بعد قرار إدارة PYD برفع سعر لتر "المازوت المدعوم" من 525 ليرة سورية إلى 2050 ، و"الحر" من 1700 إلى 4100 ل.س في السابع عشر من شهر أيلول 2023.
وأضافت المصادر المحلية خلال الفترة الماضية فٌقِدت مادة المازوت من محطات الوقود في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا, وللحصول على 50 لتر مازوت لعشرة أيام فقط, يضطر أصحاب السيارات للوقوف ساعات طويلة في الانتظار.
وقالت مصادر محلية من مدينة الحسكة في وقت سابق أن إدارة PYD لا تزود محطات الوقود بالكمية المطلوبة لسد حاجة سكان مدينة الحسكة, ما يجبر الأهالي على شراء لتر المازوت بأكثر من " 5000 " ليرة سورية.
وأكدت المصادر أن إدارة PYD تزود فقط محطتين أو ثلاث محطات بالوقود من أصل 10 محطات وقود في المدينة ومحيطها, وأن كمية الوقود " المازوت " و " البنزين " التي تؤمِّنها إدارة PYD لمحطات الوقود في مدينة الحسكة لا تغطي نسية 20% من حاجة سكان المنطقة.
وقالت قناة سوريا إن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية " قسد " أرسلت خلال الفترة الماضية أكثر من 150 صهريجاً محملاً بالنفط الخام من محافظة الحسكة إلى مناطق سيطرة النظام السوري.
وحسب المصدر أن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية منذ مطلع الشهر الجاري " تشرين الثاني " زودت النظام السوري بنحو 300 ألف برميل من النفط الخام عبر معبر منبج شرقي مدينة حلب.

عصام الزعبي: هناك عشرات السجون والمحتجزات السرية للنظام السوري في درعا
كشفت مصادر إعلام محلية في مدينة درعا أن المليشيات المحسوبة على النظام السوري تواصل ارتكاب التجاوزات بحق الأهالي حيث تقوم باعتقال من تريد وتضعه في سجونها الخاصة، ولا تفرج عنه دون دفع مبلغ مالي.
قال المحامي عاصم الزعبي في تصريح إعلامي إن الاحتجاز لا يتبع لأي محاكمة ولا يأتي ضمن نطاق تجريم قانون العقوبات السوري ومن الخطأ إطلاق صفة السجن على هذا الاحتجاز، فهو غير قانوني وتحكمه فصائلية أو عصابات.
وأضاف المحامي عاصم الزعبي أصبح لدى النظام السوري بعد ثورة 2011 مراكز احتجاز غير قانونية تتبع للمليشيات التي ساندت النظام في حربه على السوريين، ولا توجد قرائن على وجود مراكز احتجاز سرية في درعا.
من جانبها نشرت مصادر إعلامیة محلية في مدينة درعا أن السجون الخاصة " السرية " التابعة لميليشيات النظام السوري تكثر في أرياف المدينة, وتتبع بعض الميليشيات للأمن العسكري.
وأضافت المصادر الإعلامية: توجد في مدينة طفس ثلاثة سجون، سجن في الحي الشمالي ويشرف عليه شخص يدعى الصعيدي (معن البردان)، وسجن آخر في مقر مؤسسة الأسمنت جنوب مدينة طفس يتبع للقيادي خالد الطبياوي الزعبي, والسجن الثالث في الحي الشرقي يتبع للقيادي حابس كيوان الذي يتبع للمخابرات الجوية.
وحسب المصادر الإعلامية المحلية لا يوجد أي تنسيق او تعاون بين هذه السجون لوجود خلافات فصائلية وعشائرية دفعت كل فصيل لتملّك سجن خاص به.
وبحسب شهادات سكان المنطقة فإن أغلب القضايا يتم التصالح عليها بعد دفع مبالغ مالية بحسب قيمة الادعاء، ويضاف لها مبلغ مالي يدفعه الطرفان للسجان مقابل مصاريف يدّعي أنه صرفها على السجين.
وأكدت المصادر الإعلامية المحلية أن السجون لا تقتصر على مدينة طفس إنما يوجد سجون أيضاً في القصير وحيط وسحم وهذه المناطق تتبع إدارياً لحوض اليرموك في ريف درعا الغربي, ويوجد سجن في قلعة بصرى الذي يخضع لسيطرة اللواء الثامن التابع للأمن العسكري, وسجن نصيب شرقي درعا.

تحت شعار "الصلح سيد الاحكام"، عقد الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا الصلح بين عائلتين من كوباني في إثر خلاف بينهما في مدينة أورفا (رها) بكوردستان تركيا، الإثنين 20 تشرين الثاني 2023.
بإشراف مسلم محمد عضو اللجنة المركزية للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا ومسؤول منظمة الحزب في تركيا وبمشاركة وفد من منظمة أورفا لـ PDK-S واللجنة الاجتماعية للحزب، ووفود من الوجهاء والشخصيات السياسية والاجتماعية من سوريا وتركيا وبعض الفعاليات الاجتماعية، عُقِد الصلح بين عائلتين من قرية زفنك التابعة لكوباني تقيمان في سروج (برسوس) في إثر خلاف نشب بينهما منذ عامين أدى إلى وفاة شخص وجرح آخر.
خلال الصلح، ألقى مسلم محمد كلمةً، أكّد فيها أهمية إحلال السلام في المجتمع وردم الخلافات وفض النزاعات والخصومات وإزالة جميع العقبات بين الأهل، وتحكيم العقل والمنطق، والتحلي بالعلم والمعرفة.
في الختام، شكر محمد الحضور مؤكداً ضرورة تكثيف الجهود لإحلال السلام والوئام في المجتمع.

أمريكا تكشف حصيلة العمليات العسكرية ضد د.ا.عـ.ـش خلال أيلول وتشرين الاول 2023
كشفت القیادة المركزية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية حصيلة عملياتها ضد تنظيم الدولة " داعش " خلال شهري أيلول وتشرين الأول المنصرمين.
قالت القيادة المركزية للجيش الأميركي في بيان يوم الإثنين ( 20 / 11 / 2023 ) إن القوات الأمريكية، إلى جانب قوات التحالف وشركاء آخرين، نفذت ما مجموعه 79 عملية ضد تنظيم الدولة "داعش"، مما أدى إلى مقتل 13 من عناصر داعش واعتقال 78 آخرين، خلال شهري أيلول وتشرين الأول 2023.
وأضافت القيادة المركزية للجيش الأميركي في بيانها أن من بين الذين اعتقلتهم قوات التحالف والقوات الشريكة لأمريكا قادة وأعضاء بارزون في داعش، بينهم مقاتلون وأعضاء في الخلايا الهجومية والنائمة يخططون لإطلاق سراح سجناء داعش المحتجزين في السجون المحلية بهدف تجديد صفوفهم.
وأكدت أنه خلال شهر أيلول الماضي، نفذت القيادة المركزية الأميركية بالتعاون مع التحالف الدولي وشركاء آخرين ما مجموعه 31 عملية لهزيمة داعش أسفرت عن مقتل 8 من عناصر داعش واعتقال 19 آخرين.
وأردفت قائلة: في شهر تشرين الأول، نفذت القيادة المركزية الأميركية بالتعاون مع التحالف وشركاء آخرين ما مجموعه 48 عملية لهزيمة داعش أسفرت عن مقتل 5 من عناصر داعش واعتقال 59 آخرين.
وبينت القيادة المركزية للجيش الأمريكي أنه تم تنفيذ 53 عملية مشتركة في العراق, أسفرت عن مقتل 10 عناصر من تنظيم داعش واعتقال 33 عنصراً من عناصر التنظيم, ونفذت في سوريا 23 عملية مشتركة وثلاث عمليات للولايات المتحدة فقط، مما أدى إلى مقتل ثلاثة من عناصر التنظيم واعتقال 45 عنصراً.
ومن جانبه قال الجنرال مايكل إريك كوريلا، قائد القيادة المركزية الأميركية: "نحن ملتزمون بالهزيمة الدائمة لتنظيم داعش".

A Kurdish family returns to Afrin

وقال بوريل في تدوينة عَبْر منصّة “إكس”: إن “الصراع في سوريا مستمر ولن يُنسى”.
فيسيق متصل أكد دان ستوينيسكو رئيس بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى سوريا أن جهود الاتحاد الأوروبي الدبلوماسية للتوصل إلى حلّ سياسي في سوريا مستمرة، رغم الأزمة الإقليمية الحالية.
وأشار ستوينيسكو، إلى أن الاتحاد الأوروبي يجدد الدعوة إلى “حلّ مستدام للصراع السوري من خلال انتقال سياسي حقيقي وشامل بما ينسجم مع قرار مجلس الأمن 2254″، كما يكرر دعمه جهود بيدرسون، بما في ذلك مقاربته القائمة على خُطوة مقابل خُطوة.
