التحالف الدولي يستقدم تعزيزات عسـ.ـكرية ولوجستية إلى قاعـ.ـدة له في دير الزور
بالتزامن مع تصعيد الهجمات العسكرية ضد القواعد الأمريكية والتحالف الدولي في سوريا والعراق, استقدمت قوات التحالف الدولي، أمس الأحد، تعزيزات عسكرية إلى قاعدة في مدينة دير الزور.
قالت مصادر إعلامية سورية أن قوات التحالف الدولي ضد داعش استقدمت يوم الأحد 19/11/2023 تعزيزات عسكرية ولوجستية إلى قاعدة حقل العمر النفطي بريف مدينة دير الزور .
وأضافت أن طائرتي شحن أن عسكريتين لقوات التحالف الدولي تحملان معدات عسكرية متطورة وذخائر متنوعة، هبطتا في كل من قاعدتي حقل العمر النفطي أكبر قواعد التحالف في سوريا، وحقل كونيكو للغاز بريف ديرالزور الشرقي.
وحسب آخر إحصائية لوزارة الدفاع الأمريكية أن القوات الأمريكية وقوات التحالف في سوريا والعراق تعرضت منذ 17 تشرين الأول 2023 لـ 61 هجوماً بالمسيرات والصواريخ.

مواطن ممتعض مشتكياً من رداءة المازوت في كوباني: لا رائحة له وغير صالح للاستهلاك
بالتزامن مع استمرار إرسال إدارة PYD، الموارد النفطية للمناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة النظام السوري والمعارضة السورية، تشهد المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرتها في كوردستان سوريا، أزمة وقود خانقة، وبعد انتظار يدوم لساعات طويلة للحصول على مخصصاتهم من الوقود، يعاني المواطنون الكورد من رداءة جودة مازوت التدفئة الموزّع من قبل إدارة PYD في كوباني بكوردستان سوريا.
وتعاني مدينة كوباني بكوردستان سوريا من استمرار أزمة الوقود، وسط استياء الأهالي من ازدياد الأوضاع سوءاً في مختلف النواحي.
وفي مقطع مصور أرسل لـ ARK اليوم 20 تشرين الثاني 2023، يعاني فيه مواطن كوردي من رداءة جودة المازوت مشتكياً وممتعضاً: "هذا ما حصلت عليه من مخصصاتي، مازوتٌ لا يصلح للتدفئة، مع إننا في بداية الشتاء، ليست له رائحة وشكله كما ترون شكل الدهن، إن تعرضنا للحريق فسيلوموننا ويقولون إن الإهمال أوصلكم إلى هذا ولا يدركون أي نوع من المازوت نحصل عليه".
أضاف المواطن: "لن يُقبل هذا النوع من المازوت، هذا النوع لا يصلح للاستهلاك والاستخدام ولا يصلح لشئ".
وفي تحدٍ واضح أن المازوت عير قابل للاستخدام، أشعل المواطن نيراناً بجانب البرميل في إشارة منه أن المادة تشبه كل شيء إلا المازوت.
وفي تواريخ سابقة أظهرت فيديوهات حصلت عليها ARK، عشرات السيارات في طوابير الانتظار أمام محطات الوقود في مدينة كوباني.
وقالت مصادر خاصة: "تشهد محطات الوقود ازدحاما شديدا والأهالي مستاؤون من استمرار الأزمة التي أثرت في حركة النقل والنشاط التجاري والصناعي".
مضيفة أن "سكان كوباني وريفها يعتمدون على الزراعة، واستمرار أزمة الوقود أدى إلى تعطيل الموسم الزراعي وتأخيره، الأمر الذي سيلحق أضرارا جسيمة بالفلاحين المعتمدين عليها كمصدر رزق".
وتعاني مدن كوردستان سوريا والمدن الخاضعة لسيطرة قوات سوريا الديمقراطية "قسد" أزمة محروقات خانقة أثرت بشكل سلبي في الحياة اليومية للمواطنين.
بالصدد، أكّد المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان في تقرير له، الأحد 5 تشرين الثاني 2023, تزويد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية، النظام السوري والجيش الوطني بالموارد النفطية.
وأفاد المرصد بـ "خروج قوافل ضخمة تضم مئات الصهاريج من مناطق سيطرة قوات سوريا الديمقراطية في بادية دير الزور، محملة بالموارد النفطية، توجه قسم من الصهاريج نحو المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة فصائل “الجيش الوطني” ضمن “درع الفرات”، وقسم آخر ذهب باتجاه مناطق سيطرة قوات النظام".
وكانت ARK قد أكدت في تقارير سابقة وفقاً لشهود عيان وناشطين إعلاميين، تزويد إدارة PYD المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة المعارضة والنظام السوري بالمحروقات عبر الصهاريج المحملة بالموارد النفطية عن طريق المعابر الفاصلة بين الطرفين.

الشبكة السورية: مقـ.ـتل أكثر من 30 ألف طفل منذ آذار 2011
أصدرت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان في اليوم العالمي للطفل، تقريرها السنوي الثاني عشر عن الانتهاكات بحق الأطفال في سوريا، إذ سجلت مقتل ما لا يقل عن 30127 طفلاً منذ آذار 2011.
وقالت الشبكة في تقريرها إن "جميع أطراف النزاع انتهكت حقوق الطفل إلا أن النظام السوري تفوق على جميع الأطراف من حيث كمِّ الجرائم التي مارسها على نحو نمطي ومنهجي".
سجَّل التقرير مقتل 30127 طفلاً على يد أطراف النزاع والقوى المسيطرة في سوريا منذ آذار/ 2011، بينهم 23022 قتلوا على يد قوات النظام السوري، و2049 على يد القوات الروسية، و958 على يد تنظيم داعش، و74 على يد هيئة تحرير الشام.
إضافة إلى مقتل 260 طفلاً على يد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية، و1009 أطفال على جميع فصائل المعارضة المسلحة/ الجيش الوطني، وقتل 926 طفلاً إثرَ هجمات لقوات التحالف الدولي، و1829 طفلاًعلى يد جهات أخرى.
على صعيد الاعتقال/ الاحتجاز والاختفاء القسري، والتعذيب قال التقرير إنَّ ما لا يقل عن 5229 طفلاً لا يزالون قيد الاعتقال/ الاحتجاز أو الاختفاء القسري على يد أطراف النزاع والقوى المسيطرة في سوريا، بينهم 3696 على يد قوات النظام السوري، و47 على يد هيئة تحرير الشام، و803 على يد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية، و364 على يد جميع فصائل المعارضة المسلحة/ الجيش الوطني. وأضاف أنَّ 319 طفلاً منهم، كان قد اعتقلهم تنظيم داعش قبل انحساره ولا يزالون قيد الاختفاء القسري حتى 20/ تشرين الثاني/ 2023.
وسجل مقتل 198 طفلاً بسبب التعذيب في سوريا منذ آذار/ 2011، بينهم 190 قضوا في مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة للنظام السوري، فيما قضى 2 في مراكز الاحتجاز التابعة لهيئة تحرير الشام، و1 لدى كلٍّ من تنظيم داعش والمعارضة المسلحة/ الجيش الوطني، وقتل 2 طفلاً بسبب التعذيب على يد قوات سوريا الديمقراطية و2 طفلاً على يد جهات أخرى.
وفق التقرير، فإن ما لا يقل عن 24 طفلاً من المختفين لدى قوات النظام السوري تم تسجيلهم على أنهم متوفون في دوائر السجل المدني، لم يُذكَر سبب الوفاة، ولم يسلم النظام الجثث للأهالي، ولم يُعلن عن الوفاة وقت حدوثها.
كما سجل ما لا يقل عن 1493 حالة تجنيد لأطفال ضمن صفوف قوات النظام السوري، وتسبَّبت عمليات تجنيد الأطفال من قبل قوات النظام في مقتل ما لا يقل عن 67 طفلاً منهم في ميادين القتال.
وقال التقرير إن هجمات القوات الروسية بالذخائر العنقودية تحديداً قد تسبَّبت في مقتل 67 طفلاً منذ تدخلها العسكري في سوريا في 30/ أيلول/ 2015.
واستعرَض انتهاكات هيئة تحرير الشام التي أنشأت عشرات مراكز تدريب خاصة بالأطفال وألحقتهم بدورات عسكرية وشرعية متزامنة بهدف التأثير على معتقداتهم وقيمهم وحثهم على حمل السلاح والقتال في صفوفها، وغالباً ما اتبعت العديد من أساليب تنظيم داعش في تجنيد الأطفال في مرحلة مبكرة من حياتهم لضمان ولائهم وبقائهم مدة أطول.
تحدث التقرير عن استخدام قوات سوريا الديمقراطية الأطفال في عمليات التجنيد القسري على نطاق واسع، على الرغم من توقيع خطة عمل مشتركة مع الأمم المتحدة لوقف عمليات تجنيد الأطفال في صفوف قواتها وتسريح من تم تجنيده منهم، "وتوقيع وحدات حماية الشعب ووحدات حماية المرأة على صكِّ التزام مع منظمة نداء جنيف في حزيران 2014 لحظر استخدام الأطفال في الحروب، إلا أن عمليات التجنيد لم تنتهِ".
وقد وثَّق ما لا يقل عن 296 طفلاً لا يزالون قيد التجنيد لدى قوات سوريا الديمقراطية. إضافةً إلى مقتل قرابة 260 طفلاً منذ تأسيس قوات سوريا الديمقراطية.
أوردَ أبرز الانتهاكات التي مارستها جميع فصائل المعارضة المسلحة/ الجيش الوطني، وقال إنه إضافةً إلى عمليات القتل والاحتجاز، فقد جندت فصائل المعارضة المسلحة الأطفال ضمن صفوف قواتها مستغلةً الأوضاع المعيشية الصعبة التي يعيشها الطفل، وبحسب التقرير فإنَّ 12 طفلاً قتلوا خلال مشاركتهم في ميادين القتال إلى جانب فصائل في المعارضة المسلحة.
وأكَّد التقرير أنَّه على الرغم من ترسانة القوانين الدولية التي تُعنى بحقوق الطفل وتهدف إلى حمايتها في جميع الأوقات، إلا أّنَّ الانتهاكات بحق الأطفال في سوريا لم تتوقف منذ قرابة أحد عشر عاماً، ولم تحترم أيٌّ من أطراف النزاع تلك القوانين.
أوصى المجتمع الدولي بضرورة تأمين حماية ومساعدة للأطفال المشردين قسرياً من نازحين ولاجئين، وخصوصاً الفتيات منهن ومراعاة احتياجاتهن الخاصة في مجال الحماية تحديداً.
وشدَّد التقرير على ضرورة اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الممكنة قانونياً وسياسياً ومالياً بحق النظام السوري وحلفائه، وبحق جميع مرتكبي الانتهاكات في النزاع السوري للضغط عليهم للالتزام باحترام حقوق الأطفال.

The unknown fate of dozens of children kidnapped by SDF
ARK News… On the International Children's Day, dozens of children kidnapped by armed organizations affiliated with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Syrian Kurdistan and other areas under its control face an unknown fate.
The ARK website documented the kidnapping of seven minor children, by armed groups affiliated with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), in the cities of Qamishlo and Aleppo, the youngest of whom is a twelve-year-old child, from the beginning of October until now.
Among the victims of forced conscription were four Kurdish minors, an Arab minor, and the kidnapped persons were no more than fifteen years old.
The first victim, the child Salin Iyad Mahmoud, 14 years old, was kidnapped on October 7 by the “Revolutionary Youth” near the municipal stadium in the city of Qamishlo. She is the only daughter of her family.
Solin Ibrahim, 15 years old, was kidnapped in the middle of the month by the “Revolutionary Youth” in the city of Qamishlo.
On October 17, two minors, Mirav Adnan Khasho, 15 years old, and Semil Zidan Ismail, 14 years old, were kidnapped in the city of Qamishlo by the Women’s Protection Units (YPG).
On October 20, the child Ezzedine Bakri Naasan, 12 years old, was kidnapped by the “Revolutionary Youth” in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in the city of Aleppo while he was returning home from work.
On November 8, 13-year-old Sabria Shiyar Misto was kidnapped from the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo, and was returned on the 11 of this month.
On November 16, 2023, the student Esther, born in 2009, was kidnapped from the Rajo district of Afrin, in the Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.
Although the Syrian Democratic Forces signed an action plan with the United Nations to end and prevent the recruitment of children under the age of 18 and their use in military operations, as the plan was signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the SDF, Mazloum Kobani, with the United Nations representative for children and armed conflict, Virginia Gamba, the involvement of minors in battles their recruitment is still continuing, amid neglect of the appeals of the children’s families and the calls of Kurdish activists, politicians and parties for the necessity of putting an end to this dangerous phenomenon that has, in one way or another, caused the region to be emptied of the Kurds.

A statement from the Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate - Syria on the anniversary of the martyrdom of journalist Hozan Abu Zaid
ARK News… The Kurdistan Journalists Syndicate – Syria, on Sunday, November 19, issued a statement on the occasion of the eleventh anniversary of the martyrdom of journalist Hozan Abu Zaid.
The Union said: “When we recall the memory of the martyr Hozan, we know that the profession of journalism is fraught with great risks, but conveying the whole truth to people is a task worthy of sacrifice.”
The organizations defending the rights of journalists called on them to "do their part to uncover the crime of assassinating the martyr Hozan and bring the killers to fair courts."

Eleven years since the martyrdom of our colleague Hozan Abu Zaid
With heavy hearts and sad eyes, today we recall the passing and martyrdom of media colleague Hozan Abu Zaid, who was assassinated in the city of Sere Kaniye, “Ras al-Ayn,” in western Kurdistan on November 19, 2021, at the hands of Democratic Union Party militants.
When we recall the memory of the martyr Hozan, we know that the profession of journalism is fraught with great dangers, but conveying the whole truth to people is a task worthy of sacrifice, especially in areas of tension and war escalation, such as in a country like Syria, where more than 700 male and female journalists have been assassinated from 2011 until now.
In our country, Western Kurdistan, where the authority of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) runs the region, the press that is not aligned with this party suffers from a bitter reality, pressure, siege, and the kidnapping of journalists without any legal justification.
We in the Kurdistan-Syria Journalists Syndicate Council, and on the anniversary of our colleague Hozan Abu Zaid, pledge to our Kurdish people that we will accompany them in monitoring their concerns and pain despite the difficulty of action in our work, and we call on organizations defending the rights of journalists to do their part to uncover the crime of the assassination of the martyr Hozan and bring the killers to fair courts.

On the ninety-sixth day of his arrest... The fate of Junaid Majeed in the prisons of PYD militants remains unknown
ARK News… On the ninety-sixth day of his arrest, the fate of Junaid Sayed Majeed, a member of the Logical Council of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, who was detained on August 15, 2023 in the prisons of PYD militants in Syrian Kurdistan, remains unknown until now.

Barzani Charity opens an English course in Darshukran camp
ARK News… The Barzani Charity Foundation opened an English language course in the Darshukran refugee camp within the borders of Erbil Governorate, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.
