سقوط صاروخ في منطقة القاعدة الأمريكية في محيط حقل كونيكو للغاز شمالي دير الزور
نتيجة سقوط صاروخ مجهول سمع دوي انفجار عنيف في منطقة القاعدة العسكرية الأمريكية في حقل "كونيكو" للغاز بريف دير الزور الشمالي.
قالت مصادر إعلامية سورية أن دوي انفجار عنيف سمع اليوم السبت ( 6/4/2024) في منطقة القاعدة الأمريكية في محيط قاعدة حقل كونيكو للغاز شمالي دير الزور جراء سقوط صاروخ مجهول المصدر في محيط القاعدة، حيث تصاعدت أعمدة الدخان من المكان وسط حالة انتشار للقوات الأمريكية داخل القاعدة.
وحسب المصدر أوقفت المجموعات المدعومة من إيران نشاطاتها ضد القواعد الأمريكية في سوريا، منذ أكثر من شهر، وتحديداً منذ 25 شباط الفائت، بأوامر من القيادة العسكرية للميليشيات الإيرانية باستثناء محاولة استهداف لقاعدة "التنف" في 2 نيسان الجاري، حيث اسقطت الدفاعات الأرضية في القاعدة طائرة مسيرة انتحارية، في منطقة الكتيبة التي تبتعد 4 كيلومتر عن القاعدة.

في إطار استمرار تقديم المساعدات للاجئين في مخيمات إقليم كوردستان، وزعت مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية سلات غذائية على أكثر من 200 عائلة في مخيم دوميز2.
قالت مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية على صفحتها الرسمية في موقع التواصل الاجتماعي " الفيسبوك" : بالتعاون مع مؤسسة حجي يحيى الخيرية وبالتنسيق مع محافظة دهوك وضمن مشاريع شهر رمضان المبارك تم بتاريخ 4/4/2024 توزيع سلات غذائية في مخيم دوميز 2".
ووفق مؤسسة بارزاني الخيرية، فإن 250 عائلة من سكان المخيم، استفادت من المساعدات.

Details of the decision to suspend entry visas for holders of a Syrian passport to the Kurdistan Region
ARK News… By decision of Rebar Ahmed, Minister of Interior in the Kurdistan Regional Government, the Ministry suspended the issuance of entry visas to Syrian passport holders of all ages to the Kurdistan Region, as required by the public interest.
According to the decision of the Ministry of Interior in the Kurdistan Regional Government, the issuance of entry visas to holders of a Syrian passport to the Kurdistan Region has been suspended since 29/3/2024. The decision to “suspend the issuance of entry visas” does not include Syrians residing in America, Canada, and European Union countries who go to the Kurdistan Region for tourism, as they can stay in the Kurdistan Region for 30 days.
Regarding those who obtained a “30-day temporary residency” visa before the decision was issued (29/3/2024), the decision of the Ministry of Interior of the Kurdistan Regional Government stated:
-They cannot apply for permanent residency.
- They cannot extend their temporary residence
- They must leave the territory of the Kurdistan Region before the end of their temporary residence period (30) days.
The "964" media network said, through Sheikh Kamel Muhammad, Director of the Erbil Residence Department, earlier: "The Ministry of Interior in the Kurdistan Regional Government has suspended granting entry visas to single Syrians, and the suspension of granting visas includes all ages, not just those between (18 and 40) years, as rumored.
According to the “964” network: Entry visas are granted to “single” Syrians in one case, which is that the expatriate is a worker in a company, after the company provides proof and justifications to the Ministry of the Interior regarding its employment and its need for him.
Sheikh Kamel Muhammad added: “Married Syrian couples and families can obtain an entry visa to the Kurdistan Region, after which they can reside for a period of 6 months or a year, which can then be renewed.”

On Tuesday, 2/4/2024, a masked armed group traveling in a white van kidnapped journalist Ahmed Sofi, on the main road between the city of Derik, and his village, Banah Qasr, and took him to an unknown destination.
Despite the passage of four days since the kidnapping, no security agency affiliated with the PYD Administration announced the arrest of the journalist, who previously worked as a correspondent for the Kurdish “ARK” channel, nor was his family able to know the place to which he was taken or the reason for his arrest.
The journalist’s brother “Sofi,” explained to the Office for Monitoring and Documenting Violations in the Syrian Kurdish Journalists Network, that an “armed, masked group that included about 5-6 members stopped the car that was transporting them with other people from his village while he was heading to pay his respects to a village near Derik.” Before entering the city, they took “Sofi” out of the car and took him to an unknown destination.
The kidnapping comes days after the arrest of journalist Rakan al-Ahmed, a correspondent for the “Nudam Rojava” agency, who was arrested from his home in the town of Girke Lage located in northeastern Syria, on Friday, March 29, 2024, without any charges being brought against him.

الخزانة الأمريكية تهدد الصين بـ "عواقب وخيمة" بسبب "مساعدة" روسيا
أفادت وكالة فرانس برس، بأن وزيرة الخزانة الأمريكية جانيت يلين، اجتمعت في قوانغتشو مع نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء الصيني هي ليفنغ.
وبحسب الوكالة، قالت يلين إنه إذا تبين أن الشركات الصينية تدعم روسيا في صراعها مع أوكرانيا، فإن الصين ستواجه "عواقب جدية".

وبعد الزيارة أعلن الوزير الأمريكي، أن سلطات الصين أكدت له أنها لن تزود روسيا بمساعدات فتاكة لاستخدامها في أوكرانيا. وفي نوفمبر، التقى الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن والرئيس الصيني شي جين بينغ في إحدى ضواحي سان فرانسيسكو، لكن قمتهما انتهت دون تحقيق أي تقدم.
ويشار إلى أن الوزيرة يلين تقوم حاليا بزيارة هي الثانية لها في أقل من عام إلى الصين. وكانت الوزيرة الأمريكية قد وصلت، الخميس، لمدينة قوانغتشو، لعقد اجتماعات تهدف للضغط على بكين، على خلفية المخاوف من إمكانية تسبب حزم الدعم الصناعية التي تقدمها البلاد لقطاعات الطاقة النظيفة والسيارات والبطاريات بإغراق الأسواق العالمية بسلع زهيدة الثمن.

قرار حكومة إقليم كوردستان بتخفيض أجور التعليم الموازي والمسائي بالجامعات والمعاهد يدخل حيّز التنفيذ
أعلنت حكومة إقليم كوردستان، اليوم الجمعة 5 نيسان 2024، دخول القرار الذي سبق أن أصدره مجلس وزراء الإقليم برئاسة مسرور بارزاني لتخفيض أجور التعليم الموازي والمسائي بالجامعات والمعاهد حيّز التنفيذ.
وعقد مجلس وزراء إقليم كوردستان، يوم الأربعاء 27 آذار 2024، اجتماعه الأسبوعي برئاسة رئيس مجلس الوزراء مسرور بارزاني حيث اتخذ بالإجماع عدداً من القرارات التي تصب في مصلحة مواطني الإقليم.
وتضمنت إحدى القرارات خفض نسبته 20% إضافية على أجور التعليم الموازي (الباراليل) والمسائي في جميع الجامعات والمعاهد والمؤسسات التابعة لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في إقليم كوردستان، وذلك إضافة إلى نسب التخفيض المقرة سابقاً من قبل الوزارة بهذا الشأن.
وبحسب كتاب صادر عن الوزارة فأن قرار تخفيض الأجور الدراسية يشمل الدراسات الأولية (الباراليل والمسائي)، والدراسات العليا (دبلوم عالي، ماجستير، دكتوراه) بنسبة 20% من الأجور التي لم تُستوفَ من الطلبة بعد في الجامعات والمعاهد الحكومية كافة إضافة إلى مجلس كوردستان الأعلى للاختصاصات الطبية.
وأشار القرار إلى أن على الطلبة المستفيدين من قرار تخفيض الأجور الدراسية دفع المبلغ المتبقي على شكل أقساط إلى كلياتهم حتى تاريخ 5 أيار 2024.
وذكر أن التخفيض يسري خلال العام الدراسي 2023 - 2024 فقط ولجميع المراحل الدراسية.
