السلطات العراقية ترحل اللاجئين السوريين قسرا وتسلمهم للنظام السوري
كشفت مصادر إعلامية كوردستانية أن عناصر الأمن العراقية احتجزت خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية عدداً من اللاجئين السوريين ورحلوا بعضهم إلى دمشق، كما سحبوا الأوراق الثبوتية لآخرين، بينهم نساء وأطفال، لأجل ترحيلهم.
حسب موقع باس نيوز أن عناصر الأمن العراقية احتجزوا خلال الفترة الماضية العديد من الشبان، وتم ترحيل نحو 10 منهم، وأبلغوا الآخرين بأنه سيتم ترحيلهم عبر مطار بغداد إلى بلادهم "سوريا".
وأضاف المصدر الإعلامي سحبت عناصر الأمن العراقية الأوراق الثبوتية والجوازات لعدد آخر منهم، بينهم نساء وأطفال، بغية إجبارهم على الترحيل القسري.
وناشد اللاجئون السوريون السلطات الأمنية العراقية وقف حملة ترحيلهم القسري إلى سوريا على الرغم من امتلاكهم وثائق رسمية عراقية تُمكنهم من البقاء والعمل، كما أنهم مسجّلون لدى المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في العراق, مشددين على أن إعادتهم إلى دمشق عبر مطار بغداد هي بمثابة إعدام لهم، إذ سيتم تسليمهم إلى نظام الأسد.
ومن جانبه كشف موقع العربي الجديد تعرض اللاجئين السوريين في بغداد وعدد من محافظات البلاد لملاحقات أمنية لأجل ترحيلهم, والكثير من الشبان السوريين اضطروا إلى ترك أعمالهم في المحال التجارية والمطاعم خوفاً من حملات الملاحقة.
يستضيف العراق قرابة 260 ألف لاجئ سوري، الغالبية العظمى منهم تقيم في إقليم كوردستان، ويبلغ عدد اللاجئين الذين يسكنون المخيمات " 95745 " شخصاً.
وبحسب المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، أُجبر أكثر من 14 مليون سوري على الفرار من ديارهم منذ 2011, ولا يزال نحو 6.8 ملايين نازح سوري في الداخل، إذ يعيش 90% من السكان تحت خط الفقر.

عفرين.. خمس عوائل لاجئة ونازحة تعود إلى مسقط رأسها
رغم الصعوبات والانتهاكات تستمر حملة عودة العوائل اللاجئة والنازحة والمهجّرة إلى مسقط رأسها في قرى ونواحي مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.
قال مصدر خاص لموقع آرك نيوز إن خمس عائلات نازحة ولاجئة في لبنان ومدينة حلب عادت إلى مسقط رأسها في مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية.
وحسب المصدر الخاص, عائلتان من قرية زعرة , وعائلة لاجئة من ناحية شيه , وعائلة من قرية ديكة, وأخرى من قرية خضريا
منذ مطلع العام 2024 عادت عشرات العوائل اللاجئة, والنازحة, والمهجرة " إلى قرى ونواحي مدينة عفرين بكوردستان سوريا.

Russia imposes the end of the international monitoring system on North Korea
ARK News… Russia forced the end of the international sanctions monitoring regime against Pyongyang and its nuclear program, a decision condemned by several Security Council members.
According to Agency France-Presse, Russia used its veto against a draft resolution authorizing a committee of experts charged with monitoring the application of these sanctions on North Korea for another year. The resolution received the support of 13 votes, with China abstaining from voting. Washington and its ally Seoul condemned the Russian move.
US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said Russia's actions cynically undermined international peace and security, all in order to advance the corrupt deal Moscow struck with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
For its part, the South Korean Foreign Ministry said in a statement that Seoul clearly confirms that the Russian Federation, despite its status as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, has taken an irresponsible decision.
Since 2006, North Korea has been subject to international sanctions specifically related to its nuclear program, and these were tightened several times in 2016 and 2017.
Since 2019, Russia and China have been trying in vain to persuade the Council to ease these sanctions, the end date of which has not been set.

روسيا تفرض إنهاء نظام المراقبة الدولية على كوريا الشمالية
فرضت روسيا إنهاء نظام مراقبة العقوبات الدولية بحق بيونغ يانغ وبرنامجها النووي، وهو قرار دانه العديد من أعضاء مجلس الأمن.
وفق وكالة فرانس برس استخدمت روسيا الفيتو ضد مشروع قرار يفوض لجنة خبراء مكلفة مراقبة تطبيق هذه العقوبات على كوريا الشمالية لمدة عام آخر، وحصل القرار على تأييد 13 صوتا مع امتناع الصين عن التصويت. وندّدت واشنطن وحليفتها سيول بالخطوة الروسية.
وقال ماثيو ميلر المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الأميركية إن أفعال روسيا قوضت بشكل ساخر السلام والأمن الدوليين، وكل ذلك من أجل دفع الصفقة الفاسدة التي أبرمتها موسكو مع جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية.
ومن جانبها قالت وزارة الخارجية الكورية الجنوبية في بيان إن سيول تؤكد بوضوح أن روسيا الاتحادية، رغم وضعها كعضو دائم في مجلس الأمن الدولي، اتخذت قرارا غير مسؤول.
وتخضع كوريا الشمالية منذ 2006 لعقوبات دولية مرتبطة بشكل خاص ببرنامجها النووي، وتم تشديدها عدة مرات في عامي 2016 و2017.
ومنذ عام 2019، تحاول روسيا والصين عبثا إقناع المجلس بتخفيف هذه العقوبات التي لم يحدد تاريخ نهايتها.

أبناء السويدء يؤكدون على استمرار الانتفاضة الشعبية
تجمع العشرات من أبناء السويداء اليوم في ساحة الكرامة وسط المدينة مؤكدين على استمرار الانتفاضة الشعبية ضد النظام السوري وحكومته.
رفع المتظاهرون في مدينة السويداء اليوم الجمعة ( 29/3/2024 ) لافتات تؤكد على مطالبهم المحقة في إسقاط النظام والانتقال السلمي للسلطة والإفراج عن المعتقلين.
وخرج أمس الخميس العشرات من المواطنين في مظاهرة جديدة في ساحة الكرامة وسط مدينة السويداء مجددين مطالبهم المحقة والتي من أبرزها إسقاط النظام والإفراج عن المعتقلين وتطبيق القرار الدولي 2254.
كما ورفع المتظاهرون لافتات كتبت عليها عبارات مختلفة منها، "نختلف في ما بيننا لأجل من اتفقوا علينا"، ومرددين هتافات مناهضة للنظام.

Efforts in Austria to reactivate the deportation of refugees to Syria
ARK News… Austrian Interior Minister Gerhard Karner spoke of efforts to reactivate the deportation of refugees to Syria, and to declare Damascus and its surrounding areas “safe.”
Karner said in an interview with “OE 24” channel that he is working to ensure that deportations to Syria can be carried out again soon.
He added: "We are exerting pressure, in cooperation with Denmark, to activate deportations to Syria again, because the area surrounding Damascus seems safe."
Karner pointed out that there are currently no "forced" deportations to Syria and Afghanistan, and that return is only "voluntary", or by deporting people from these two countries to a third country.
The minister explained: “If there are connection points for refugees in other countries, for example if they have already gone to Bulgaria, they can be deported there.”
The number of Syrian refugees in Austria is about 58 thousand, and they constitute the largest number of refugees in Austria, who number 146 thousand, according to UNHCR statistics.
The frequency of calls has also recently increased in some European countries to declare “safe” areas in Syria, in order to deport Syrian refugees to them.

An Israeli center reveals the targets of the Israeli raids on Deir Ez-Zour
ARK News… The Israeli “Alma” Research Center revealed that the rare Israeli attacks in Deir Ez-Zour, eastern Syria, aim to deliver a message to Iran, in the context of its attempts to transfer weapons to the West Bank in Palestine.
The center also issued a report in which it said: The attacks also aim to disrupt and harm the Iranian weapons smuggling infrastructure in Syria and Lebanon.
It added that the attack, which targeted about ten targets belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, was “relatively rare,” both in terms of its extent and previous attacks for which Israel claimed responsibility.
At dawn on Tuesday, it launched a series of raids on sites of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militias in several areas in Deir Ez-Zour Governorate, which led to the death of 15 (14) people, including the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, including the advisor to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Behrouz Wahidi, in addition to other leaders.

The international coalition forces continue to support their bases in Syria

International organization: 1,270 Syrians have died during the refugee journey since 2014
ARK NEWS… The United Nations International Organization for Migration revealed in a report that it had documented the deaths of tens of thousands of migrants, including Syrian refugees, since 2014.
The organization documented the death or disappearance of more than 63,000 people, including Syrians, on migration routes around the world, most of them due to drowning, between 2014 and 2023.
The organization monitored the death of 1,270 Syrians on migration routes, ranked fourth after Afghanistan, Myanmar, and Ethiopia.
According to the report, more than a third of the documented deaths were of migrants and asylum seekers coming from countries witnessing conflicts, including Syria.
The report indicated that about 60% of documented deaths are related to drowning.
