Dear Brothers Members of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party

It is good for us in the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria (PDK-S) to extend to you the highest congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the first anniversary of the historic referendum on the independence of Kurdistan on 25 September 2017 and through you the members of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and its leaders and cadres and all the sons and daughters of the people of Kurdistan with its various national and religious components, wishing all progress and success on the guidance of the Kurdish and the Barzani immortal approach.

His Excellency President .. Dear Brothers

There is no doubt that the referendum was an important historic event not only in the Kurdistan region of Iraq but also was a milestone laying the foundation for the independence of all parts of Kurdistan, and it affirmed the right of the Kurdish people to self-determination as other peoples and nations on the globe, where the people said their word without hesitation and voted a percentage more than 92% record rate that stunned the entire world. It was also a clear indication and a clear proof of the unbridled desire of the people of Kurdistan for freedom and independence despite the enemies and opponents and despite the complicity of the abusive parties, and has been demonstrated with the days and even today the results of that wisdom with the same will, most notably the results of the Iraqi parliamentary elections and the achievement of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the forefront of all the Iraqi parties the next few days (the elections of the Kurdistan Parliament) will demonstrate the extent to which the masses of Kurdistan surround the Barzani immortal party and the Kurdish National Project, led by President Masoud Barzani.

We, Mr. President, and brothers, always emphasize that we are together in good times and bad, and we appeal to each other and constantly strive to strengthen and enhanced the struggle between our two brotherly parties on the road to work and struggle for the realization of the aspirations of our people and their goals in freedom and the right to self-determination according to the Kurdish approach Barzani's immortal approach, once again, we salute you and appeal to you and renew our congratulations and congratulations on this occasion, the occasion of the first anniversary of the historic referendum on the independence of Kurdistan.
