The chairman of PYD presents a condition for the joint action before the ENKS

ARK News: The joint chairman of the Democratic Unionist Party (PYD) presented a condition to the Kurdish National Council in Syria (ENKS) for joint action.

In a statement to an agency of his Party, the joint chairman of the Democratic Unionist Party (PYD), Dr. Shahouz Hasan, said that they have an initiative for joint action, so they met with the Parties which work with the self-administration belonging to PYD.

For the parties outside self-government, Hasan says, “that the number of those parties that do not work with them are very few, and says that the Kurdish National Council in Syria is against the project, and even the National Council or its parties can work within the Kurdish national rows in the Kurdistan of Syria and they must declare a clear attitude about Afrin case.”

The chairman’s joint speech comes at a time when he declares that he is against national ideology, and that the nation-state is outdated, and that he calls for a democratic nation.

There are agreements of Hawler 1, Hawler 2 and Duhok and their affiliates which headed by President Masoud Barzani between the Kurdish National Council and the Democratic Society Movement (TEV-DEM) belonging to PYD, and that the Kurdish National Council accuses PYD and TEV-DEM the main cause of the violation and destruction of those agreements.
