أسمهان داوود: نحمل إدارة PYD مسؤولية أي أذى يلحق بـ رامان حسو
أعلنت أسمهاد داوود والدة الإعلامي رامان عبدالسلام حسو المعتقل من قبل مسلحي إدارة PYD، أن ابنها اعترض للاعتقال فور عبورهم إلى كوردستان سوريا رفقة ابنه الصغير.
قالت أسمهان داوود رئيسة ممثلية إقليم كوردستان للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا ووالدة الإعلامي رامان حسو إنه وفي الوقت الذي بدأت فيه آلاف العائلات السورية بالعودة إلى ديارها بعد سقوط النظام في عدد من المناطق، نحن الكورد أيضا تفاءلنا بإمكانية العودة الآمنة إلى مناطقنا، لاسيما في ظل التقارب الكوردي الأخير، وما رافقه من آمال وتطلعات.
وأضافت أسمهان داوود، ألا أننا فوجئنا، بأن الواقع على الأرض لا يزال محفوفاً بالمخاطر. فقد عاد ابننا رامان عبدالسلام حسو إلى الوطن الثلاثاء 1 / 7 / 2025 بعد غياب دام أحد عشر عاما، برفقة طفله الصغير، عبر معبر سيمالكا لزيارة الأهل، ليتعرض فوراً للاعتقال من قبل سلطات الإدارة التابعة لحزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي (PYD)، دون أي سبب قانوني، ورغم مراجعات العائلة المتكررة للجهات المعنية، لا يزال معتقلاً حتى اللحظة.
وأكدت رئيسة ممثلية إقليم كوردستان للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا، أن مثل هذه الممارسات تتنافى مع أبسط مبادئ حقوق الإنسان، وتوجه رسالة سلبية لكل من يفكر بالعودة إلى مناطق الإدارة الذاتية ( إدارة PYD )، وأنها تتعارض تماماً مع الشعارات التي رفعت في كونفرانس التوافق الكوردي، وتعزز القلق من غياب الشعور بالأمان الذي من المفترض أن يكون حقاً طبيعياً لكل مواطن.
ودعت والدة الإعلامي رامان حسو، كافة القوى الوطنية، والمنظمات الحقوقية، والفعاليات المجتمعية، لتحمل مسؤولياتهم، والضغط من أجل الإفراج الفوري عن رامان، ووضع حد لممارسات الاعتقال التعسفي التي لا تخدم سوى المزيد من التشتت وفقدان الثقة .
وأردفت قائلة: "كما نحمل نحن عائلة رامان الإدارة الذاتية الحاكمة مناطقنا بكل فروعها ومسمياتها مسؤولية اي أذى يلحق بابننا".

وفد من حزب الحقوق والحريات يزور مقر المجلس الوطني الكوردي في أورفا
في إطار تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية، استقبل المجلس الوطني الكوردي في أورفا، يوم الأربعاء الموافق 2 تموز 2025، وفداً رفيع المستوى من حزب الحقوق والحريات "HAK-PAR"، برئاسة أوزكور قابلان، رئيس الحزب، وعضوية واصف قهرمان، رئيس منظمة ديار بكر، وبهجت تكتكين، رئيس منظمة باطمان، وأحمد جالشخان عضوالحزب .
وكان في استقبال الوفد رئيس المجلس الوطني الكوردي، مسلم محمد، إلى جانب كلٍّ من إبراهيم باشا الملي، عضو لجنة العلاقات، وسهيل أحمد، رئيس مكتب الثقافة، وآرين ملا عيسى، عضو المجلس.
تناول الجانبان خلال اللقاء مجمل التطورات السياسية في المنطقة، وأكدا على ضرورة إيجاد حلول سلمية وديمقراطية تضمن إنهاء النزاعات وتحقيق العدالة.
وفي هذا السياق، جدد رئيس المجلس الوطني الكوردي موقف المجلس الداعم للحوار الجاري في تركيا لانهاء العمليات العسكرية والدفع باتجاه حل ديمقراطي سلمي يضمن الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الكوردي، ويحافظ على وحدة البلاد.
من جانبه، أكد رئيس حزب الحقوق والحريات على تضامن حزبه الكامل مع تطلعات الشعب الكوردي في سوريا نحو الحرية والكرامة، مؤكداً أن القضية الكوردية هي قضية وطنية عادلة، وأن حلّها يجب أن يكون سلمياً وديمقراطياً في إطار بناء سوريا جديدة، اتحادية ديمقراطية، تتسع لجميع مكوناتها.
وفي ختام اللقاء، أكد الجانبان على أهمية استمرار التعاون والتنسيق المشترك، وتعزيز العلاقات الأخوية بما يخدم قيم الديمقراطية، ويدعم جهود تحقيق السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة

Syria: Talk of Signing a Peace Agreement with Israel is Premature
ARK News.. A Syrian source has said that discussion of a peace agreement with Israel is premature, calling on Tel Aviv to abide by the 1974 Disengagement Agreement and withdraw from Syrian territory.
State-run Al-Ikhbariya reported on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, that an official source stated: “Statements about signing a peace agreement with Israel at this time are premature.”
The source added: “Negotiations on new agreements cannot be discussed until Israel fully complies with the 1974 Disengagement Agreement and withdraws from the occupied Syrian Golan.”
Several media reports have recently spoken of indirect meetings between Syria’s new leadership and Israeli officials.
Israel’s i24NEWS reported last Friday that Israel and Syria are expected to sign a “peace agreement” before the end of 2025, under which the Golan Heights would become a “peace park.”
The U.S.-based Axios website reported on Monday, citing American and Israeli officials, that President Donald Trump’s administration is holding preliminary talks on a possible security agreement between Israel and Syria.
Senior Israeli and American officials told Axios that U.S. envoy to Syria Tom Barrack has been in contact with Syrian officials since his visit to Israel in early June to explore launching formal talks.
An American official added that discussions so far have only involved officials below the level of Syrian President Ahmad al-Sharaa, with no current plans for a leaders’ summit.
Two senior Israeli officials told Axios that reaching an agreement is possible but will take time: “We hope to see the Trump administration push harder on this track.”

Najat Rochdi: Committed to Working for a Better Future for Syrians
ARK News.. Najat Rochdi, Deputy UN Special Envoy for Syria, reaffirmed the United Nations’ and the international community’s commitment to strengthening humanitarian and development coordination in Syria.
She made the remarks during her participation in the Strategic Consultative Meeting in Doha on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, which included the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), Qatar Charity, international and non-governmental organizations, research centers, and the Red Crescent.
In a post on the platform "X," Rochdi said she was in Doha to discuss ways to improve humanitarian and development coordination in Syria, highlighting a shared commitment from all parties toward a better future for Syrians.
She added that the common goal is to promote effective coordination, localize humanitarian work, and empower local organizations, stressing the “importance of investing in the skills and expertise of Syrians both inside and outside the country.”
Earlier, UN Humanitarian Coordinator Adam Abdul Moula had affirmed that the United Nations would continue its humanitarian work in Syria but would increasingly focus on reconstruction.

Syria Exports Around 14,000 Tons of Phosphate to Egypt
ARK News.. Loading operations have begun at the port of Tartous in Syria for a new shipment of Syrian phosphate destined for Egypt.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), Mazen Alloush, Director of Relations at the General Authority for Land and Sea Ports in Syria, stated that the quantity of phosphate scheduled for export to Egypt in the coming days is approximately 14,000 tons.
Alloush added that the total amount of phosphate exported since the fall of the previous regime last December has reached 180,000 tons.
He noted that this vessel is the tenth of its kind to be loaded with Syrian phosphate and exported via Tartous Port since the country’s liberation.
Phosphate is extracted from mines in the Homs countryside before being transported to Tartous Port for processing and export procedures, coordinated by the General Authority for Land and Sea Ports and other relevant agencies.

Axios: Trump Administration Holding Talks to Promote Syria-Israel Rapprochement
ARK News.. An American news site has revealed preliminary talks with both Israel and Syria aimed at paving the way for diplomatic rapprochement between two countries that have remained adversaries for decades.
According to Axios, American and Israeli sources disclosed that President Donald Trump’s administration has been holding preliminary discussions with Israel and Syria about a potential security agreement between the two countries—a highly unusual step that could lay the groundwork for diplomatic engagement after decades of hostility.
The sources explained that these talks, which "do not yet include normalization," are primarily intended to reduce tensions and update security arrangements along the Israeli-Syrian border, particularly in light of the sweeping changes in Syria following the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime late last year by opposition forces led by Ahmad al-Sharaa.
According to the same sources, the current negotiations do not involve any direct communication with Syria’s new president, Ahmad al-Sharaa, nor is there any discussion at this stage of a leaders’ summit between the two sides.
Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to visit the White House soon, where the Syrian file will be on the agenda in his talks with Trump. At the same time, Israeli Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer is visiting Washington this week to discuss the same issue.

International Coalition Brings Military Convoy to Its Base in Rural Hasaka
ARK News.. Syrian human rights source reported that the International Coalition continues to reinforce its bases in Syria, bringing in a military convoy to one of its bases in the countryside of Hasaka city.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, that a military convoy consisting of 24 trucks entered the Coalition’s Qasrek base in rural Hasaka.
According to the source, the convoy included fuel tankers, trucks covered with black tarpaulins, and other trucks loaded with sealed crates.
Meanwhile, the base also witnessed nighttime military exercises involving the use of illumination grenades and training with light weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles.

اعتقال العشرات من أعضاء بلدية أزميرة بتركيا بتهم الفساد
كشفت وكالة فرنسية عن اعتقال أكثر من 100 عضو من أعضاء بلدية أزمير على الساحل الغربي لتركيا.
قالت وكالة فرانس برس، اليوم الثلاثاء 1 تموز 2025، أنه تم اعتقال نحو 120 عضواً من أعضاء بلدية أزمير، التي تعتبر معقل المعارضة على الساحل الغربي لتركيا، بتهم "الفساد".
وبحسب الوكالة الفرنسية، أفاد مراد باكان نائب رئيس حزب الشعب الجمهوري، أكبر أحزاب المعارضة الذي يتولى إدارة ثالث أكبر مدن تركيا، عبر إكس، بأن رئيساً سابقاً للبلدية والعديد من كبار المسؤولين في البلدية اعتقلوا، بعد أكثر من ثلاثة أشهر من عملية مماثلة استهدفت بلدية إسطنبول.
وأوضح المصدر أن التحقيق بدأ في القضية عندما أصدرت محكمة تركية مذكرات توقيف بحق 47 مسؤولاً بلديّاً على صلة بأربعة تحقيقات منفصلة بشبهة الفساد تركزت في إسطنبول، حسبما ذكرت وسائل الإعلام.
وفق المصدر، اعتقلت الشرطة ما يقرب من 70 شخصاً في مداهمات لاحقة مرتبطة بالتحقيقات في مبنى البلدية، بينهم السكرتير الخاص لإمام أوغلو ورجل الأمن المكلف بحمايته.

أعلنت مصادر إعلامية إسرائيلة، استمرار العمل في منشأة "فوردو" النووية الإيرانية، رغم تعرضها لهجوم من قاذفات "بي-2" الأمريكية قبل أكثر من أسبوع.
وفق قناة "آي نيوز 24" الإسرائيلية، أعادت صور أقمار صناعية جديدة التقطت عبر شركة "ماكسار تكنولوجيز"، نُشرت اليوم الثلاثاء 1 تموز 2025، الجدل حول حقيقة ما يجري في البرنامج النووي الإيراني بعد الحرب.
حسب المصدر، أن الصور تُظهر نشاطا متواصلا في المنشأة من خلال رصد فتحات التهوية فيها، وهي ذاتها التي استُهدفت بالضربة الأمريكية.
وبحسب القناة الإسرائيلية، تُظهر الصور الجديدة استمرار عمل معدات الحفر، كما يظهر عدد من أفراد الطاقم متمركزين مباشرة بجوار ما يُعرف بـ"الحفرة الشمالية" عند الحافة فوق المجمع تحت الأرض.
وتُظهر الصور أيضا، بحسب "ماكسار"، وجود عدة مركبات متوقفة أسفل الحافة على طول المسار المُصمَّم للوصول إلى الموقع.

سوريا تصدر نحو 14 ألف طن من الفوسفات إلى مصر
بدأت في ميناء طرطوس في سوريا، عمليات تحميل شحنة جديدة من الفوسفات السوري معدة للتصدير إلى مصر.
وفق وفق وكالة الأنباء السورية "سانا"، قال مدير العلاقات في الهيئة العامة للمنافذ البرية والبحرية في سوريا، مازن علوش، إن كمية الفوسفات المعدة للتصدير إلى مصر خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة، تقدر بنحو 14 ألف طن.
وأضاف علوش، أن كميات الفوسفات المصدرة منذ سقوط النظام السابق في شهر ديسمبر الماضي، بلغت 180 ألف طن.
وأشار مدير العلاقات في الهيئة العامة للمنافذ البرية والبحرية في سوريا إلى أن هذه الباخرة هي العاشرة من نوعها، التي تُحمَّل بالفوسفات السوري وتُصدَّر عبر ميناء طرطوس منذ تحرير البلاد.
يذكر أنه يجري استخراج الفوسفات من مناجم ريف حمص، ثم تُنقل إلى ميناء طرطوس لتجهيزها، وإتمام إجراءات تصديرها، بالتنسيق بين الهيئة العامة للمنافذ البرية والبحرية، والجهات المعنية في هذا المجال.
