محمد إسماعيل: تم التأكيد على تفعيل دور الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا على كافة الأصعدة
ناقشت اللجنة المركزية للحزب الدیمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا PDK-S عدة مواضيع مهمة خلال اجتماعها الذي عقد اليوم الإثنين ( 15 / 1 / 2024 ) في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا.
حول فحوى الاجتماع قال محمد إسماعيل في تصريح خاص لموقع آرك نيوز إنه خلال الاجتماع تم مناقشة العديد من المسائل التنظيمية للحزب, وتفعيل دور المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا.
وأضاف محمد إسماعيل: تطرق الاجتماع بالتفصيل إلى آخر المستجدات والتطورات في المنطقة لجعلها في خدمة القضية الكوردية محليا ودوليا.
وتابع إسماعيل: " تم التأكيد على تفعيل كافة المكاتب واللجان ضمن المجلس الوطني الكوردي والحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا على كافة الأصعدة.

حصيلة استـ.ـهداف الطيران التركي لعشرات المواقع والمنشآت الحيوية في كوردستان سوريا
شن الطيران التركي ليلة الأحد – الإثنين ( 14 / 1 / 2024 ) غارات جوية استهدفت عدة مواقع في عدة مدن بكوردستان سوريا وأسفر عن تسجيل أضرار مادية بالمواقع التي تم استهدافها.
استهدفت الطائرات التركية عشرات المواقع والمنشآت الحيوية في مدن وبلدات كوردستان سوريا من كوباني إلى مدينة ديرك في كوردستان سوريا.
* المواقع التي تم استهدافها من قبل الطائرات التركية في مدينة كوباني هي:
ـ شركة لافارج للأسمنت " مرتين " في خرب عشك جنوب شرقي المدينة
ـ مكتب عقاري في مدينة عين عيسى
ـ مركز شركة الإنشاءات جنوبي المدينة
ـ محطة توزيع الكهرباء, واندلع الحريق فيها
ـ مركز تابع لأسايش PYD
ـ هنكارات تابعة لـ PYD على طريق حلب بمدخل المدينة
ـ مداجن ومركز تربية الأبقار في قرية شيخ جوبان جنوبي المدينة.
ـ موقع في غابة كوباني
* المواقع والمنشآت الحيوية المستهدفة في مدينة قامشلو:
ـ محطة الكهرباء على الحزام الشمالي للمدينة " أكثر من مرة "
ـ مستودعات تابعة لإدارة PYD بالقرب من مطار قامشلو الدولي
ـ حاجز قرية خزنة على الطريق الدولي شرقي المدينة
ـ موقع قرب "محكمة العدل" التابعة لإدارة PYD
ـ منزل قرب كراج نوروز وسط سوق المدينة
ـ مركز أسايش PYD في الصناعة
* الأماكن والمنشآت الحيوية المستهدفة في مدينة ديرك:
ـ موقع بالقرب من قرية ( شرك ـ Şirik ) أكثر من مرة.

ـ الهنكار الصيني في حقل رميلان

ـ صالة دلوفان للأفراح
ـ محطة الكهرباء
ـ موقع في قرية كربطلي, أصيب على أثرها ثلاثة أشخاص
ـ بناء مديرية التموين, وألحقت أضرار مادية بالمبنى

ـ محطة زاربة النفظية.
ـ محطة عودة النفطية " أكثر من مرة "
ـ حاجز لآسايش PYD في مفرق قرية خزنة
وأفادت مصادر إعلامية محلية أن جميع محطات الكهرباء في كل من قامشلو وتربسبية وعامودا خارج الخدمة بسبب الضربات التركية
وانتشر حالة من الذعر والخوف لدى الأهالي إثر القصف التركي على المواقع والمنشآت الحيوية في مدن وبلدات كوردستان سوريا.

Two citizens lose their lives under torture in the prisons of the Syrian regime
ARK News… Two Syrian citizens lost their lives under torture inside the Syrian regime's prisons, more than 12 years after their arrest.
Syrian media sources said that two citizens from the town of al-Mariya in the eastern countryside of Deir Ez-Zour, which is under the influence of regime forces and militias loyal to them, lost their lives in the notorious Sednaya military prison, about 13 years after their arrest.
Political activist Abdullah Madi lost his life on January 11, 2024 under the weight of physical and psychological torture in the prisons of the Syrian regime after 12 years of detention.

Deir Ez-Zour… The militias affiliated with Iran are repositioning and transferring their weapons for fear of being targeted
ARK News… Syrian media outlets revealed that the militias affiliated with Iran have, during the past hours, undertaken new repositioning operations within their areas of influence in Deir Ez-Zour.
According to media outlets, the Iranian-backed militias emptied weapons and ammunition depots on the outskirts of the squares and transported them to the al-Shibli area, east of Deir Ez-Zour, and stored them in underground basements.
The media sources added that the militias transferred weapons from the Ayyash area, west of the city of Deir Ez-Zour, to the farms area on the outskirts of al-Mayadeen, in addition to similar movements near the Syrian-Iraqi border on the outskirts of al-Bukamal, where one of the weapons depots was emptied and transferred to another place in the same area.
The sources confirmed that the repositioning and replacement of weapons came under urgent orders from the militia’s military leadership, out of fear of air strikes that might be targeted by Israel or America.

الائتلاف ينتقد تسييس الأمم المتحدة للقضايا الإنسانية في سوريا
انتقد "الائتلاف الوطني السوري" استمرار قبول الأمم المتحدة بتسييس الملف الإنساني، عبر ربط دخول المساعدات الإنسانية إلى المناطق غير الخاضعة لسيطرة النظام بموافقته المسبقة، مما يعني قبولها بوضع حياة الملايين من السوريين كرهينة بيد النظام.
واعتبر الائتلاف أن ربط إدخال المساعدات الإنسانية للمحتاجين بموافقة النظام السوري، هو أحد ملامح التعامل الأممي الخاطئ مع ملف المساعدات؛ لأن النظام يستغله كورقة ابتزاز إضافية تدعم قدرته على الاستمرار بتعطيل العملية السياسية في سورية.
مشدداً على ضرورة الاستجابة العاجلة من قبل المجتمع الدولي للاحتياجات الإنسانية الأساسية للمهجّرين والنازحين السوريين.
وحذر من خطورة الإهمال أو التقصير في دعم السكان في تلك المناطق لأنه سيزيد من صعوبة الحياة على مئات الآلاف من الأشخاص، كما سيترتب عليه ازدياد نسبة العائلات تحت خط الجوع، مع خطر وشيك يهدد الملايين بسبب نقص الغذاء والدواء والرعاية اللازمة.
وطالب الائتلاف الوطني المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة بإيجاد آلية منصفة تمنع تسييس القضايا الإنسانية ولا سيما ملف المساعدات، مع وجود نظام رقابة يضمن التوزيع العادل للمساعدات.
كما شدد على أن الملف الإنساني لا ينبغي أن يكون ملفاً تفاوضياً لأنه يمسّ حياة ملايين السوريات والسوريين، فإنه يؤكد على ضرورة معالجة الأسباب قبل النتائج، فالملف السوري بحاجة إلى دعم العملية السياسية بكل حزم، وتطبيق قرار مجلس الأمن 2254 (2015) بشكل كامل.

Targeting the al-Omar and Kharab al-Jir field bases in Syria
ARK News… Syrian media said that militias affiliated with Iran and the Islamic Resistance militia in Iraq targeted American bases in Deir Ez-Zour in Syrian Kurdistan.
Syrian media reported that militias affiliated with Iran targeted the al-Omar oil field area in the Deir Ez-Zour countryside, the largest American base. According to reports, no human damage was recorded at the targeted base.
The media added that the Islamic Resistance militia in Iraq bombed the Kharab al-Jir base area in the countryside of the city of Hasakah in Syrian Kurdistan with missiles, without any information receiving of any human casualties.

إرسال 1500 جندي أمريكي إضافي إلى سوريا والعراق
أفادت شبكة "cbsnews" الأميركية، إن وزارة الدفاع "البنتاغون" قررت إرسال 1500 جندي إضافي لمحارية تنظيم الدولة "داعش" في سوريا والعراق.
وتحت عنوان "جنود نيوجيرسي يستعدون للانضمام إلى القتال ضد داعش في العراق وسوريا"، قالت الشبكة أن إرسال القوات "يأتي كجزء من الحملة العسكرية لهزيمة داعش"، مشيرة إلى أنه "يتم نشر 1500 جندي من الحرس الوطني التابع لجيش نيوجيرسي في العراق وسوريا"
يوم الجمعة الماضي أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الأميركية أن عدد الهجمات التي تعرضت لها القواعد والقوات الأميركية في سوريا والعراق بلغت 130 هجوماً منذ 17 تشرين الأول الماضي، في حين بلغت الهجمات ضد السفن في البحر الأحمر 27 هجوماً منذ 19 تشرين الثاني الماضي.
من جانبه أكد المتحدث باسم البنتاغون ، باتريك رايدر، أنه "عندما يتعلق الأمر بالقوات الأميركية في المنطقة، فنحن هناك لسبب واحد فقط، وهو الهزيمة الدائمة لتنظيم داعش"، موضحاً أن الولايات المتحدة "تواصل دعوة وكلاء إيران إلى وقف هذه الهجمات".
وتنشر أمريكا 2500 عسكري في العراق ونحو 900 في سوريا، في إطار "التحالف الدولي" لمكافحة "داعش" الذي أعلن تشكيله عام 2014.

Three Syrian refugees lose their lives off the French coast
ARK News… 3 Syrian refugees lost their lives on the journey to Britain, two of them were brothers from an area belonging to the city of Daraa, and they are still missing.
Syrian media said that (3) Syrian refugees lost their lives in the sinking of a migration boat last night, Saturday (13/1/2024) on French beaches while trying to reach Britain, and they are still missing, amid the ongoing search for them.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the refugees who died came from the Daraa region governorate, one of them hailed from the city of Nawa, and the two others were brothers hailing from Sheikh Miskin.

Relief agencies express their concern about the sustainability of extending aid access to northwestern Syria
ARK News… Syrian relief agencies and organizations have expressed their concerns about the "weakness and sustainability" of extending humanitarian aid access through the Bab al-Hawa crossing, calling for illegal and unlimited access of aid to northwestern Syria.
In a statement, the organizations stressed the importance of the entry of aid across borders without restrictions, noting that for about 4.5 million people, including 4.1 million in urgent need of aid, and 3.7 million suffering from food insecurity, Bab al-Hawa is the crossing point.
