Kamiran Hajo: Russia is likely to play a role for Kurdish rights
ARK News: Kamiran Hajo, the head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, pointed out that Russia may have an important role in the rights of Kurds in Syrian Kurdistan.
Hajo during a meeting with the satellite channel "K24" on Sunday 28.10.2019, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin and through the agreement between Russia and Turkey had indicated that the rights of the Kurds should not be neglected.
He added that “there was a letter from President Barzani - a day before the Turkish - Russian agreement - and two letters from the Kurdish National Council in Syria addressed to Russia on some issues, including on the rights of Kurds in Syrian Kurdistan.
The head of the Foreign Relations Committee of ENKS also said that "there is a possibility that Russia will play an important role for the rights of Kurds in the region .., We are waiting to meet them closely to stand on some issues”.
