ARK News: We are all preoccupied with work, and this is normal for life, which requires many expenses and costs, but the abnormal is that we neglect the important aspect of life, which is the health of our bodies. Even when we work, we can care about our health, for example, if it is an office worker, the way we sit in the offices should be correct to avoid back and neck pain, and when the work is on the field, it is enough to secure ourselves by means of safety such as glasses, gloves, safety caps and other safety equipment. When the work requires talking and moving; take short breaks to relax vocal cords and sit a little to avoid diseases such as varicose veins and others.
In life, all type of loses are not bad!!... There is no doubt that losing money and losing a job, a position, a family or friends are all painful and bad, but the only thing that you lost and brought a lot of joy and goodness for you is the excess weight.
The loss of excess weight is the best gain, usually planning for profit requires hard work and effort and in-depth studies, but to plan for loss, which in my personal experience I think is simple, after being one hundred and one and a half kilograms I began planning for the loss and did not challenge myself or anyone else. I have never starved myself because it is very difficult to follow this type of diet where your body will suffer from a lack of energy, which will cause you an urgent desire for foods high in fat and sugar. I did not follow any hard exercise systems, all I did was introducing physical activity regularly into my daily routine like walking I did not eat any weight loss pills or any other medicines. I only swapped foods rich in fats, sugars, and salt with healthy and fresh foods, and I did not mind eating some carbohydrates. They don’t cause weight gain if they were eaten in proper quantities.
Water is essential for good health and safety, but water does not cause weight loss, but it keeps you hydrated and may help you to reduce snacks. Missing meals is not a good idea to lose weight and keep it down. You should reduce the number of calories you consume or increase the calories you burn during exercise. But skipping meals completely can lead to fatigue and malnutrition. You will also be more likely to eat high-fat snacks and sugar, which can lead to weight gain.
For a healthy life and a perfect weight just make small changes that you can adopt for a long time. This can be achieved by eating less, moving more, or, best of all, mixing the two. If you want to maintain your weight, (Eat more and move more).
My result was impressive and wonderful within 3 months, I have lost twenty kilograms of excess weight!.. So, not all losses are bad.
