مسـ.ـلحو إدارة PYD يعتـ.ـدون على مقر المجلس الوطني الكوردي في مدينة تربه سبيه
بعد إحراقهم لمكتب الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا, ومكتب حزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني- سوريا في مدينة قامشلو, حاول مسلحو إدارة PYD إحراق مقر المجلس المحلي للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا في مدينة تربه سبيه بكوردستان سوريا.
أفادت مصادر محلية خاصة لموقع آرك نيوز أن مسلحي إدارة PYD هاجموا بعد منتصف ليلة أمس الثلاثاء ( 23/4/2024 ) مقر محلية تربه سبيه للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا بهدف إحراقه.
وحسب المصادر الخاصة أنزل مسلحو PYD علمين كوردستانيين من مبنى محلية تربه سبيه للمجلس الوطني الكوردي, وأضرموا النيران بعلم واحد, ولاذوا بالفرار بعد سماعهم لأصوات المارة بالقرب من مقر المجلس الوطني الكوردي.
اعتدى مسلحو إدارة PYD في وقت متأخر من ليلة أمس الثلاثاء – الأربعاء ( 23 ـ 24 / 4 / 2024 ) على المكتب الشرقي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا, ومكتب حزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا, وقاموا بحرق الممتلكات الموجودة في المكتبين.

إصابة شقيقين بانفجار لغم من مخلفات الحرب بريف منبج
أصيب شقيقان بجراح متفاوتة أمس الثلاثاء ( 23 / 4/ 2024 ) جراء انفجار لغم أرضي من مخلفات الحرب بريف منبج الغربي ليرتفع عدد ضحايا انفجار مخلفات الحرب إلى قرابة 200 شخص منذ بداية العام الجاري.
وأفاد المرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان إن لغما أرضيا من مخلفات الحرب انفجر في قرية في قرية تل تورين بريف منبج الغربي, ما تسبب بإصابة شقيقين بجروح متفاوتة نقلوا على إثرها إلى المشفى لتلقي العلاج.
وبذلك، يرتفع إلى 97 بينهم 21 سيدة و29 طفل حصيلة القتلى المدنيين الذين وثقهم المرصد السوري منذ مطلع يناير/كانون الثاني، جراء انفجار ألغام وأجسام من مخلفات الحرب السورية، بالإضافة إلى إصابة 102 شخص، من ضمنهم 12 سيدات و50 طفل.

أضرم مسلحو إدارة PYD النيران بمكتب الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا ومكتب حزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا.

قام مسلحو إدارة PYD خلال هجومهم بحرق الممتلكات الموجودة في المكتب الشرقي للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا ومكتب حزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني.
اعتدى مسلحو إدارةPYD ليلة الأحد ( 10 / 3 / 2024 ) على مكتب الحزب الدیمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا في بلدة كركي لكي التابعة لمدينة دیرك في كوردستان سوريا, وخربوا وأحرقوا الممتلكات الموجودة في مكتب الحزب.
أحرق مسلحو PYD ليلة السبت ( 9/ 3 / 2024 ) الممتلكات الموجودة في مكتب الحزب الدیمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا بمدينة دیرك في كوردستان سوريا.
كما واعتدى مسلحو PYD ليلة الأربعاء ( 6 / 3 / 2024 ) على مقر المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا بمدينة عامودا في كوردستان سوريا, وخرب المعتدون الممتلكات الموجودة في المقر وأحرقوها.
وفي ليلة الإثنين ( 4 / 3 / 2024 ) اعتدى مسلحو PYD في مدينة عامودا بكوردستان سوريا على مكتب الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا، أسفر عن وقوع أضرار مادية.
وبتاريخ 1/3/2024 اعتدى مسلحو حركة الشبيبة الثورية " جوانين شورشكر" التابعة لقوات سوريا الديمقراطية على مكتب الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني-سوريا في مدينة كوباني بكوردستان سوريا، وذلك بالتزامن مع إحياء الذكرى السنوية الـ45 لرحيل البارزاني الخالد, أسفر عن وقوع أضرار بشرية ومادية.
كما وهاجم مسلحو "الشبيبة الثورية" فجر يوم السبت 26 شباط 2022, على مقر محلية تل تمر للمجلس الوطني الكوردي بكوردستان سوريا، بعد الانتهاء من التحضيرات لإحياء ذكرى رحيل البارزاني الخالد في مقر المجلس بتل تمر.

الولايات المتحدة تدين استئناف الهجمات ضد قواتها في سوريا والعراق
دانت الولايات المتحدة استئناف الهجمات ضد قواتها في سوريا والعراق، بعد تعرض قاعدتين للقصف خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية، للمرة الأولى منذ نحو شهرين.
وأعرب المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الأميركية ماثيو ميلر، عن قلق الولايات المتحدة إزاء استئناف الميليشيات المدعومة من إيران لهجماتها على قواعد التحالف الدولي.
وقال ميلر: "نجد أنه من المثير للقلق بشكل خاص أن هذه الميليشيات اختارت استئناف هجماتها بعد ساعات فقط من انتهاء رئيس الوزراء العراقي محمد شياع السوداني من زيارة ناجحة لواشنطن لذا يبدو من الواضح أن إيران لا تحترم السيادة العراقية".
أضاف: "لقد رأينا هذه الهجمات في الماضي، وأوضحنا لإيران وللجماعات الموالية لها، أننا سندافع عن مصالحنا، وسندافع عن أفرادنا، ولا يزال هذا هو الحال".
وتعرض قاعدة خراب الجير الأمريكية جنوبي رميلان بكوردستان سوريا للقصف بخمسة صواريخ، أطلقت من بلدة زمار العراقية ليلة الأحد-الإثنين، واقتصرت الأضرار على المادية.
كذلك تعرّضت قاعدة "عين الأسد" الجوية في محافظة الأنبار شمال غربي العراق، لمحاولة استهداف بوساطة طائرات مسيرة، وبحسب ما نقلت وكالة "رويترز" عن مسؤول أميركي، فقد تم إسقاط طائرتين وإحباط الهجوم.

لمعاقبة النظام السوري.. مجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي يوافق على قانون "الكبتاغون 2"
وافق مجلس الشيوخ الأمريكي على مشروع قانون مكافحة "الكبتاغون2"، الذي يسعى لمحاسبة النظام السوري على الاتجار بالمخدرات.
وقال التّحالف الأمريكي لأجل سوريا والمجلس السوري الأمريكي في منشور على منصة "إكس"، إن "مجلس الشيوخ أجاز مشروع قانون مكافحة تجارة الأسد بمخدرات الكبتاغون (الكبتاغون2) ضمن حزمة تشريعية مستعجلة بنتيجة تصويت 79 مؤيّدا و18 معارضا فقط. في طريقه لمكتب الرئيس الآن لتوقيعه قريباً جدّاً ليصبح بعدها قانوناً نافذاً وواجب التطبيق".
والأسبوع الفائت, وافق مجلس النواب الأمريكي بالأغلبية، على مشروع قرار "الكبتاغون 2" الذي يهدف لمنح الحكومة الأميركية صلاحيات جديدة وموسعة لمحاسبة النظام السوري والشبكات المرتبطة به بما يخص تجارة المخدرات.
وصوت لصالح مشروع القانون 410 أعضاء فيما عارضه 13 عضوا.
ويهدف مشروع القانون لمنح حكومة الولايات المتحدة صلاحيات جديدة وموسعة لمحاسبة النظام السوري، والشبكات المرتبطة به، وجميع من ينشط، أو ينخرط، في الاتجار بمخدرات الكبتاغون، أو بتصنيعها، أو بتهريبها، أو بالاستفادة من الريع الناجم عنها بغض النظر عن جنسيته.

ARK News… On Tuesday, April 23, 2024, a delegation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria met with the representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government to the European Union, Dr. Dilawar Azkahi, at the representative’s headquarters in Brussels, the capital of Belgium. They discussed political developments and the positions of the European Union countries on the Kurdish issue and ways to strengthen them.
The delegation included Muhammad Ismail, Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and Abdul Basit Hamo, Member of the Party's Central Committee.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of important political developments related to the region, the positions of the European Union countries and their relationship with the issue of the Kurdish people and ways to strengthen it, the political process in Syria and the region, and ways to deal with the European Union in various files of common interest.
The two sides discussed the importance of the role of the Kurdish community in Europe and ways to activate it, strengthening the role of the Kurdish National Council as an address and representative of the Kurdish people in Syria, and enhancing communication and coordination between it and various Kurdish activities in Europe.

European Union: The Brussels conference is an opportunity for the Syrians, and our position on the regime has not changed
ARK News... The European Union confirmed that there has been no change in its position towards the Syrian regime, and that it is adhering to "The Three No's"” until a real political process begins in accordance with UN Security Council Resolution 2254.
This came in special statements by the regional spokesman for the European Union, Luis Miguel Bueno, to Syria TV, in which he touched on the political situation in Syria and the preparations for the eighth Brussels conference scheduled to be held at the end of this month.
Bueno said that the European position has not changed, and normalization with the regime, reconstruction as well as the lifting of sanctions will only be considered within the framework of a comprehensive, lasting and credible political process consistent with Resolution 2254.
He also stressed that the European position has not changed regarding arbitrarily detained, disappeared and missing civilians, justice for victims and accountability of all actors responsible for violations of international law in Syria, including international humanitarian law and international human rights law.
He added: "These are not just slogans. Rather, the European Union has been working for years to move forward on these files through the tools available to it, whether through diplomatic pressure, work at the United Nations level, or through sanctions imposed on various individuals and entities."

America: The passing of astronaut Muhammad Fares is a loss for Syrians and the entire world
ARK News… The United States of America confirmed that the passing of Muhammad Fares, the Syrian astronaut, represents a loss for the Syrians and the entire world.
This came in a tweet by the “American Embassy in Syria,” in which it offered condolences to the family and friends of the late general.
The US Embassy in Syria added: “As the first Syrian to travel into space, Muhammad Fares set an example of his dedication to excellence, and also called for freedom for the Syrian people. His death is a great loss for Syrians and the entire world.”
On Friday, the Syrian Major General and Astronaut, Muhammad Fares, died after suffering from illness in the Turkish city of Gaziantep. He was buried, on Monday, in the city of Izaz in the northern countryside of Aleppo, according to his will.

Cyprus reveals the start of work with Lebanon to prevent the influx of Syrian refugees into the European Union

Cypriot President, Nikos Christodoulides, revealed the start of work to reach an agreement with Lebanon, with the aim of preventing the flow of Syrian refugees to the European Union, starting from its coast, stressing that his country seeks to help Lebanon deal with the refugees, so that more of them do not come to Cyprus.
