بايدن يوقّع على مشروع قانون "الكبتاغون 2"
وقّع الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن على مشروع قانون الكبتاغون 2، أمس الأربعاء، بعد موافقة مجلس الشيوخ عليه مساء الثلاثاء.
وحظي المشروع الذي تم تمريره ضمن حزمة تشريعية مستعجلة، بتأييد 79 عضواً في مجلس الشيوخ، في حين عارضه 18 عضواً فقط.
وبتوقيع الرئيس الأمريكي، فإن قانون محاربة الكسب غير المشروع من المخدرات “الكبتاغون” أصبح نافذاً وواجب تطبيقه.
والأسبوع الماضي، وافق مجلس النواب على مشروع القانون بعد أن حصل على تأييد 410 أعضاء، مقابل معارضة 13 عضواً.
ويستهدف قانون “الكبتاغون 2” النظام السوري، والشبكات المرتبطة به، وجميع من ينشط، أو ينخرط، في الاتجار بالكبتاغون، أو بتصنيعه، أو بتهريبه، أو بالاستفادة من الريع النّاجم عنه بغض النظر عن جنسيّته.

Two brothers were injured in the explosion of a mine remnants of war in the Manbij countryside
ARK News… Two brothers, on Tuesday, 23/4/2024, were injured as a result of the explosion of a landmine left of war in the western countryside of Manbij, bringing the number of victims of the explosion of war remnants to nearly 200 people since the beginning of this year.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that a landmine left over from the war exploded in a village in the village of Tel Turin in the western countryside of Manbij, causing two brothers to receive varying injuries, as a result of which they were taken to the hospital to receive treatment.
Thus, this brings to 97, including 21 women and 29 children, the death toll of civilians documented by the Syrian Observatory since the beginning of January, as a result of the explosion of mines and objects left over from the Syrian war, in addition to the injury of 102 people, including 12 women and 50 children.

ARK News…. The United States condemned the resumption of attacks against its forces in Syria and Iraq, after two bases were bombed during the past 24 hours, for the first time in about two months.
US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller expressed US concern about the resumption of attacks by Iranian-backed militias on international coalition bases.
Miller said: “We find it particularly disturbing that these militias chose to resume their attacks just hours after Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shia ‘a al-Sudani completed a successful visit to Washington, so it appears clear that Iran does not respect Iraqi sovereignty.”
He added: "We have seen these attacks in the past, and we made clear to Iran and the groups loyal to it, that we will defend our interests, and we will defend our people, and this is still the case."
The American base of Kharab al-Jir, south of Rmelan in Syrian Kurdistan, was bombed by five missiles, launched from the Iraqi town of Zammar on the night of Sunday and Monday, and the damage was limited to material.
The "Ain al-Assad" air base in Anbar Governorate, northwestern Iraq, was also subjected to an attempt to be targeted by drones. According to what Reuters reported, quoting an American official, two planes were shot down and the attack was thwarted.

To punish the Syrian regime...The US Senate approves the “Captagon 2” law
ARK Nes… The US Senate approved the Anti-Captagon 2 bill, which seeks to hold the Syrian regime accountable for drug trafficking.
The American Coalition for Syria and the Syrian American Council said in a post on the “X” platform, “The Senate approved the draft law to combat Assad’s trade in Captagon drugs (Captagon 2) as part of an urgent legislative package with a vote of 79 supporters and only 18 opponents. It is on its way to the president’s office now to be signed soon.” "It will then become an effective and enforceable law."
Last week, the US House of Representatives approved, by a majority, the “Captagon 2” draft resolution, which aims to grant the US government new and expanded powers to hold the Syrian regime and its associated networks accountable regarding the drug trade.
410 members voted in favor of the bill, while 13 members opposed it.
The draft law aims to grant the United States government new and expanded powers to hold accountable the Syrian regime, the networks associated with it, and all those who are active or involved in trafficking, manufacturing, or smuggling Captagon drugs, or benefiting from the profits resulting from them, regardless of their nationality.

يتفنن بعض حمقى من حزب العمال بسياسة "دق الاسافين والاوتاد" و نشر صورة قبيحة، من الحقد ما استشرى في حياته. ويحاولون الضحك على الأحياء، من خلال آراء زئبقية مزيفة، وهو مجرد دونكيشوت الترهات و الأضاليل.
رغم أنني في البداية حاولت قدر الإمكان أن ابتعد عن الكتابة عن هذا الأمر "زيارة اردوغان"، الا أن بعض الحمقى طغت عليهم الغيرة العمياء التى سولت لهم التهجم على الإقليم دون أن يكلف نفسه عناء التفكير بما سيكون عليه الحال وهذا الغبي نفسه، يشعر بالنقص يطارده ويسيطر عليه، يسحب رأسه من جحره و بسواد الوجه، وبعقلية شيطانية يفتح فمه ويغلق أذنيه - كما يشبه الطحالب يقتات على إيذاء الآخرين فقط. هذا النوع لا يعط نفسه قسطا من الراحة وما زال يحارب طواحين الرياح فلو كان غايته مقبولة لم يكن ليعتبر وجود تمثال الأسد واعلام البعث في وسط قامشلو، سياسة، وفقاعات من برلمانيين ابوجية وأيامهم الغابرة سياسية، ومدح زعيمهم اوجلان لاتاتورك سياسة، ولا يتجرأ في الحديث عن اقامة اوجلان في المزة - دمشق وعلى عينك يا تاجر بل يبدأ بترجمتها في صورة فن وتكتيك في سياسة لغرض ما في نفس يعقوب. ويدخل في مزايدات علنية غير مبررة. مع محاولات فاشلة في غرس في الأذهان أفكار وتفاصيل لكل ما يودون الوصول إليه، وكما هو في الواقع، مجرد طروحات رومانسية، لا أكثر.
لكن - كلما تقدم الاقليم خطوة في السياسة يبدأ حزب بكاكاوية حفلة من أكاذيب ما بين الردح والعزف على أنغام القومية. كما أصبح هذا الامر يزعجهم في النوم واليقظة، ولا ينتهز فرصة حتى يستل خنجره المسموم ليكيل الطعنات بلا هوادة في سياسة الإقليم, بعيداً عن الأخلاقية. مفتعلين أوهام لا مبرر لها إلا في مخيلاتهم , ليبدأوا بفتح النار على حزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني, همهم تبين أن فلسفة عبدالله صح وما عد ذلك خيانة. هولاء الصبية يحرفون الكلام عن مواضعه, يصبون الزيت على النار, لا همّ لهم سوى مصالحهم، وكثير من الأحيان يصل لمستوى الترهيب والترغيب، والتخوين وما اطرحه في مقالي هذا ليس من باب التكهن والتخمين، واللعب على الكلمات، وإذا رجعنا إلى جريدة المركزية لحزب أوجلان" سرخبون"، نجد بأنهم يبدأون بالعويل والصراخ للفت انتباه والنظر إلى فلسفة أوجلان وتخوين غيره. في تسعينيات القرن الماضي نصبوا أنفسهم قضاة على الكورد وأن اجتماع القائد مسعود برزاني مع الرئيس السابق للعراق صدام حسين أيضا خيانة، وبدأ الأبواق في نفخ بسياسة بكاكاوية وهلهلوا لها كما تعودنا، بعيداً عن الحجة والإقناع يعمي البصر والبصيرة وعلى تأجيج نار الفتنة.
صبيان أوجلان يفتعلون المواجهات مع الديمقراطي الكردستاني و يكيلون الاتهامات و في جميع الإتجاهات، لإشباع غريزة الحقد والكراهية التي تتحكم بنفوسهم المريضة والمتورمة من الغيظ، وينظرون على أنهم دانكشوط العصر ولولاهم لقامت القيامة. الا أنه، مجرد كلام " المقاهي " يطلقونها بشكل بخس ورخيص، غايتها جر الحديث وتحويل البوصلة الى اتجاه اخر، وتحديدا الى تخوين حزب الديمقراطي الكردستاني، لإشغال الناس عن المصيبة الكبيرة وفشل حزب ب ك ك بعد أن ركبوا على ظهر القضية الكردية ويخرجون ويعيدون نفس السمفونية القديمة ويكررون نفس السرديات إلى أن حفظناها على ظهر قلب.
لذلك لننظر إلى أي مستوى تحدر حزب اوجلان نتيجة مراوغاته السياسية ونتيجة تفكيره بنفسه كالطاووس وليس التفكير بالقضية ففقد المصداقية وعرف على حقيقته كحزب يفتري على اية نجاحات سياسية للإقليم ليلفت الانتباه ولكن شعبنا يعرف أساليبه وزيفه.

Condemning the Burning of its Offices, the Kurdish National Council Calls for an End to PYD's Intimidating Practices
ARK News… The Kurdish National Council in Syria has denounced the armed PYD militants for burning its offices in the city of Qamishli in Syrian Kurdistan, urging the United States to take necessary measures to stop these assaults that escalate tension, unrest, and instability.
The General Secretariat of the Kurdish National Council stated today that in a new escalation, armed individuals affiliated with the PYD attacked the offices of the Syrian Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syrai and the Syrian Kurdish Democratic Unity Party in Qamishli on April 24, setting them ablaze along with their contents.
The General Secretariat further noted that the militants attempted to burn the office of the Kurdish National Council in the city of Tirbaspiye simultaneously, indicating a premeditated and systematic nature of these intimidating acts aimed at the Kurdish National Council and its affiliated parties.
The statement strongly condemned these disgraceful actions for causing concern, intimidation of people, and targeting the headquarters and offices of the council.
The General Secretariat called on social, civil organizations, and parties to condemn these acts, urging international human rights organizations and the international coalition, particularly the United States, to take necessary actions to halt these assaults that exacerbate tension, unrest, and instability.

PYD gunmen attack the headquarters of the Kurdish National Council in the city of Tirbaspiye
ARK News… After burning the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Unity Party - Syria in the city of Qamishlo, the gunmen of the PYD administration attempted to burn the headquarters of the Local Council of the Kurdistan National Council in Syria in the city of Tirbaspiye, Syrian Kurdistan.
Private local sources reported to ARK News that PYD militants attacked the headquarters of the Tirbaspiye Locality of the Kurdish National Council in Syria after midnight last Tuesday (April 23, 2024) with the aim of burning it.
According to private sources, PYD militants took down two Kurdish flags from the building of the Tirbaspiye Locality of the Kurdish National Council, set fire to one flag, and fled after hearing the voices of passers-by near the headquarters of the Kurdish National Council.

أدان المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا، إحراق مسلحي PYD لمكاتبه في مدينة قامشلو بكوردستان سوريا داعياً الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية باتخاذ ما يلزم لوقف هذه الاعتداءات التي تزيد من حالة الاحتقان والتوتر وعدم الاستقرار.
قالت الأمانة العامة للمجلس الوطني الكوردي في بيان، اليوم، في تصعيد جديد اعتدى مسلحون تابعون لـPYD فجر ٢٤ نيسان، على مقري الحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا وحزب الوحدة الديمقراطي الكوردستاني في مدينة قامشلو، وأحرقوهما بما فيهما من أثاث ومستلزمات.
أردفت الأمانة العامة للمجلس، أن المسلحين حاولوا حرق مكتب المجلس الوطني الكوردي في مدينة تربسبية وجرى ذلك بشكل متزامن. الأمر الذي يدل على الفعل المخطط والممنهج لهذا العمل الترهيبي الذي لم ينفكوا عنه في اعتدائهم على المجلس الوطني الكوردي والأحزاب المنضوية فيه وبشكل لم يعد ينطلي على أحد الغايات والمقاصد من ورائه.
أدان البيان بأشد العبارات هذه الأفعال المشينة في إثارة القلق وترهيب الناس واستهداف مقار ومكاتب المجلس.
دعت الأمانة العامة، الفعاليات والمنظمات الاجتماعية والمدنية والأحزاب إلى إدانة ذلك، كما طالبت المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية والتحالف الدولي وفي المقدمة منها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية باتخاذ ما يلزم لوقف هذه الاعتداءات التي تزيد من حالة الاحتقان والتوتر وعدم الاستقرار.
