A regime march in Qamishlo city, in conjunction with its calls for the restoration of sovereignty
ARK News: In conjunction with the continuation of field communication in the past two days between the YPG militants and the Syrian regime in the "security squares" in Qamishlo and Hassakeh and points of contact in the countryside of Aleppo, the authorities of the Syrian regime in Qamishlo city Kurdistan of Syria on Sunday, 23/12/2018 organised a "March" condemned the Turkish intervention in the north of the country.
Local sources from the city told the Bas News that the supporters of the Syrian regime started out marches from Tai neighborhood to the square of the Seven Seas "Sabi'h Bahrat" and condemned the Turkish intervention in Kurdistan Syria, where the participants raised the flags of the regime and pictures of its symbols and banners with slogans denouncing the Turkish role against the Syrian people, such as (not to the Turkish-Erdogan threats to our beloved homeland), (one and one Syrian people one).
A source close to the Democratic Unionist Party (PYD) revealed on Monday that holding a meeting between the Party and the Syrian regime, sponsored by Russia and Iran, about the Turkish threats to the Kurdistan of Syria.
The source, who declined to be identified, told Bas News that "the regime wants of PYD to hand over all areas of the north of the country in exchange for preventing any Turkish invasion of the region,"
The source added that the regime stressed the need to restore what it called (national sovereignty) on the north and the return of administrative, security and military regime authority to the border areas with Turkey.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian regime and the Democratic Union Party PYD run together the cities of Qamishlo and Hasaka in the Kurdistan of Syria according to administrative security understandings.
