With official and popular participation, the funeral and burial of the fighter Khalid Mashayekh to his final resting place

ARK News… With the participation of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and large crowds from Syrian Kurdistan, the funeral of the able fighter “Khalid Mashayekh” was carried out to the cemetery of the Qador Beg neighborhood in the city of Qamishlo.

The body of the fighter Khalid Mashayekh from the Kurdistan Region On Wednesday (12/8/2021), arrived in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan at exactly twelve-thirty in the afternoon, and the body was received by the President of the National Council, Mr. Saud Al-Mulla, the Presidency, members, and officials from the National Council and political parties Kurdish and social figures and human rights organizations, and various social, political and cultural activities, and the families of the deceased.

The burial ceremony took place in the Qador Beg cemetery in the city of Qamishlo, and the speech of the council was delivered by Mr. Muhammad Ismail, a member of the Presidency of the Council, in which he spoke about the struggle of the late Khaled Sheikhs in the Kurdish movement from his prime until his death, and stated that he was arrested several times for his cause, and said Mr. Mohamed Ismail, like him, will remain a beacon for us and for future generations.

At the beginning of his speech, Muhammad Ismail said: We struggle for the rights of our people, and we will sacrifice in order to serve our people, and we will remain on this path until we take the rights of our people.

He also gave a speech to the people of the deceased, the son of the deceased, Dr. Mustafa Mashayekh, and thanked the attendees for their participation in the funeral of his father and said: My father fought for the sake of our people and we are proud of him and his struggle, and I also thank everyone who participated in the funeral of my father and we hope that the conditions of our people will improve and they will obtain their rights.
