Afrin .. Pro-Turkish armed groups continuing violations
ARK News: The Human Rights Organization in Afrin published on its own page on Facebook the continued suffering of the remaining residents of the city of Afrin and its countryside in the (Kurdistan of Syria) who refused to displace after the control of the Turkish forces and Syrian factions to the region for about 14 months, pointing out that this suffering is embodied in the fact that armed factions have taken advantage of the livelihood of citizens, their private property and even their lives.
The Human Rights Organization in Afrin said that new cases of violations were monitored and carried out by armed factions, where gunmen from Izaz city kidnapped a child and two men from the people of Jenderes in rural Afrin, And then the kidnappers sent a text message to the wife of one of the abductees demanding through it to pay $ 100 thousand dollars in exchange for the release of her husband.
The Human Rights Organization in Afrin added: Armed elements of the faction of the Siqour al-Shamal controlling the villages of (Darwish – Sarinjake - Diraqliya) belonging to Shara town cut olive trees randomly to the extent of the survival of the tree raised by its stem only, due to the fact that some officials and leaders of the mentioned faction are trading with firewood at a price ranging from 12000 - 15 thousand Syrian pounds per ton.
The Organization confirmed that, through the records of some brokers and agents, at least 200 tons of firewood has been sold to the following officials in the village of Sarinjake alone: Abu Ali, Abu Hussein, and Abu Ra’ed.
The Organization pointed out that the elements belonging to al-Hamzat Faction controlling the village of Shingle of Bulbul town led by Abu Zakaria rented the vineyards of the village fully to some strangers as representatives of private companies for $ 11000 USD and forcing the villagers to harvest the crop, and the settlers in the villages of Qoutan and Barkashe steal the leaves of grapes from the vineyards of the people without discipline or sergeant or without a moral and human conscience deterrent.
