ARK News: A leader in YPG militants of the Democratic Union Party PYD YPG said that Washington is trying to fail their negotiations with Damascus.

In his interview with the Russian news agency Novosti the former media adviser to the militants of YPG in Afrin region, Rezan Hiddo said that the United States is trying to thwart negotiations between them and the Syrian regime.

Hiddo revealed, in an interview with the agency "Novosti” that he was noted that the US Special Envoy for Syrian Affairs, James Jeffrey, delivered a number of letters to the self-management" of the PYD " in which he recommended not to rush into negotiations with Damascus, noting its occurrence soon, especially after a meeting of NATO in February. In his letters, Jeffrey also raised the issue of closing airspace in the Syrian north, Hiddo said.

Hiddo considered that these American statements are worrying, calling to deal with it with caution. He warned the negotiators that any delay in decision-making is not in the interest of the "Syrian Democratic Council" (the political wing of the coalition "Syrian Democratic Forces") and self-management, as he mentioned.

Hiddo added that the talks with the Syrian regime is still ongoing and taking place in a positive atmosphere.

In a previous interview with Al-Watan newspaper of the Syrian regime, Hiddo accused the United States of being behind the clashes that took place between Asayish of PYD and the regime on 8 September last year. And he accused America of instigating sedition between the PYD and the Syrian regime.
