The regime nominates heads of local councils from Derik to Hasakah

ARK News: The Syrian regime announced the names of the heads of its local councils in the area of el-Jazeera region in Kurdistan, Syria, from Derik to Hasakah.:
Syrian media published a list of new heads of local councils at the level of el-Jazeera region, namely:

Engineer Adnan Abdulkarim Khajo, as the of Hasakah City Council
Suhail Aziz Rahawi as the head of the city council of Qamishlo
Ali Awad el-Jarzee as the head of el-Shaddadi City Council
Ahmed Hasan Ramadan as the head of Derik City Council
Wajdi Khatib Darwish as the head of Amouda City Council
Aziza Mahmoud Shehab as the head of the City Council of Dirbasiya
Juma Mohammed el-Saleh as the head of the city council of Sri Kana

The Syrian regime, On September 16, held local administration elections in the first local council elections since the revolution began in 2011. The number of electoral centers in Qamishlo and Hasakah reached 770.

The declaration of the regime comes in the names of the heads of its local councils in the cities and towns of el-Jazeera region of Kurdistan, Syria, in conjunction with statements by the Foreign Minister of the Syrian regime that the next target after Idlib is east of the Euphrates, rejecting federalism, describing it as "unconstitutional."

The Democratic Union Party held three meetings in Damascus with the Syrian regime, describing these meetings as "negotiations", while the regime did not recognize any meetings with PYD.
