John Bolton congratulates Nichirvan Barzani

ARK News: The US national security adviser John Bolton confirmed that the Kurdistan Region is America's steadfast ally in the Middle East, congratulating the Barzani Nechirvan by his election as president of the region.
Bolton said via Twitter, on Thursday evening: "Congratulations to the new president of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Nechirvan Barzani."
The US national security adviser pointed out that the election of Barzani is "an important station for the Kurdistan Region, the United States' steadfast ally in the Middle East."
