ARK News: Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu confirmed that Turkey will not allow the United States to repeat the stall in the Manbij roadmap deal.
At a news conference on Tuesday, Ihsan oglu said US officials said they began arriving in Turkey and talks were underway on the safe zone "in northern Syria," and that "our talks with Washington on the safe zone in Syria, and we will continue and we have plan we if we do not reach an agreement"
