The martyrdom of a Kurdish journalist in Hasakah as a result of a reckless shot

ARK News: Kurdish journalist, Abdel Rahim Othman Oussi was exposed to a reckless shot on 10 October, when he was in front of a shop in Hasakah. He was taken to the hospital and remained in a coma to lose his life on Thursday.
Abdul Rahim Othman Oussi is from Kalasa neighborhood Hasakah, he graduated from the University of Damascus department of Media and he is the father of three children.
Many of the victims were killed in the Kurdish areas of Syria by the reckless shots, most of which were launched from events and celebrations.
