Afrin ... A masked gunman threatening to cut off the head of a Kurdish citizen if his family refused to pay the ransom

ARK News: A video posted on social media sites, showing a masked gunman, who is belonging to the group of the Ahfad el-Rasool, which is a part of the Syrian interim government, that controls Badina village, in Mabata town in rural Afrin, threatening a citizen to gut his head if his family refuses to pay 10 million Syrian pounds.
Ghassan Hasan son of Omar Fawzi from the village of Badina, born in 1975, has three children. He was displaced from Afrin because of the war. He returned to the village with his family and his mother in mid-April 2018. He was abducted on the pretext of being one of PYD member since 23/6/2018. The same armed group Sent a video to his family threatening to pay the amount of 10 million Syrian pounds as a ransom for his release, or he will be slaughtered and the threat ends on Sunday 2/9/2018.
Pointing that during the kidnapping of the victim from his house, the elements of Ahfad el-Rasool searched his house, they found the amount of three million Syrian pounds in addition to the amount of gold and other valuables, and engine oils and spare parts into his shop also were stolen by them.
On the other hand, Ghassan family told the armed faction and Turkish army officials in the village about the kidnapping and submitted their complaint, thus they did not receive any reassurance to his family so far and there is serious concern about his life.
It is noteworthy that pro-Turkish army armed groups, which participated in the occupation of the city of Afrin, committed dozens of crimes against the residents of Afrin, such as murder, kidnapping, robbery, theft, burning crops, and appropriating citizens' property, as well as the destruction of archaeological and religious monuments and deliberately set fire to trees of the forests aimed at destroying the infrastructure of the area, as well as the arrest of dozens of innocent people in order to demand ransom from their relatives in exchange for release, and these violations have become systematic behavior.
