Afrin ... Al-Shamiya militants beat an officer in the civilian police
ARK News: Militants belongs to el-Jabha el-Shamiya at one of its checkpoint controls in Mabata town of Kurdish Afrin attacked and humiliated, on Tuesday 23/10/2018, a Kurdish element of the civilian police.
“The militants of el-Jabha el-Shamiya attacked and hit the Kurdish civilian, Manan Hikmat Hakki, who comes from the village of Ali Jaro belonging to the town of Mabata and is one of the civilian police at one of its checkpoint controls in the town, and as a result of beating his leg fractured”, a special source from Mabata town told to ARK News.
The same source added that “the reason for el-Jabha el-Shamiya militants to hit Hikmat Hakki was because they asked to show his identity card at the checkpoint, he replied that he has two identities (the civilian and the military), which el-Shamiya militants considered as a provocation and then, they beat him severely until they broke his leg.”
