The displaced of Afrin return to their villages
ARK News: With the start of the olive season in Afrin, Kurdistan of Syria, despite the obstacles and difficulties many Kurdish families are coming nowadays from areas of displacement to their villages and city.

A private source from Afrin told the ARK Media that Kurds displaced who displaced as a result of the war to areas outside Afrin are returning to their villages with the aim of harvesting their crops of the olive season, especially after the issuance of many decisions by Local Councils in Afrin regarding the absentees.
The same source added that the returning families from the displacement areas paid hundreds of thousands of Syrian pounds to smugglers until they reached their villages and city.
More than 200,000 Kurds have fled beyond Afrin and most of them live in rural areas of Aleppo and surrounding villages, and till now PYD prevents those displaced families from returning to their homes.
