Today marks the fourth anniversary of the kidnapping of the activist Fouad Ibrahim by the Democratic Union Party (PYD) militants in the Derik countryside, in Syrian Kurdistan, and despite the launch of initiatives to arrange the Kurdish house, the mystery of his fate and information about him are still unknown.
On 24/03/2017, the PYD militants kidnapped the youth activist Fouad Ibrahim in an area between the villages of Mamshour and Shaker Khaji in the countryside of Dirk, Kurdistan, Syria, and despite persistent efforts to reveal his fate, the attempts were unsuccessful due to the denial of the abduction of the kidnapping Ibrahim.
Fouad Ibrahim was kidnapped more than once by the Syrian regime, and by PYD militants because of his activities and his participation in activities and demonstrations against the Syrian regime.
Fouad Ibrahim, in the fourth decade of his life, is married and has eight children (3 boys and 5 girls). His father died, and he lived with his mother, wife, and children in the village of Shaker Khaji, southeast of Derik.
On 24/03/2017, he was kidnapped again by the PYD gunmen between the villages of Mamshour and Shaker Khaji in the Derik countryside of Syrian Kurdistan, and no information about him until the preparation of this report.
