ARK News… The Syrian regime and Russia signed an agreement according to which the Syrian regime would grant the Russian army piece of land and sea space in the Latakia governorate in order to establish a health center for it.

The 4-page document, of which (Kluna Shurakaa) obtained a copy, and (the first and last pages are published below) stated that “the Syrian Arab Republic agrees to transfer a plot of land and water space in Latakia Governorate to Russia in order to establish a medical center for health and rehabilitation for Russian flying teams".

It turns out that the area of the site is eight hectares, as Russia bears the cost of building and equipping the infrastructure.

The agreement was signed by the Syrian side on June 21, and by the Russian side on July 30, and it is noticeable that the name and position of the person who signs on either side have not been put in place.
