An explosive device explosion to two children in Raqqa city

ARK News: An ISIS explosive device exploded to two children in Raqqa city, which resulted in the amputation of a child's leg and another one exposed to light injuries.

Activist “Youssef Hassan" said that the Initial Response Team assisted the two injured children to the National Hospital in Raqqa, after the explosive device detonated near them near the "Hamida Taher" school in Raqqa city.

Youssef explained that both children are 13 years old, confirming the amputation of one leg and the other being lightly injured.
