ARK News: The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) has agreed with Russian forces operating in Syria to deploy Russian troops in some towns of Hasaka and Raqqa provinces, weeks after a Russian agreement with Kurdish factions on the deployment of Russian forces on the border with Turkey.

The commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Mazloum Abdi, published on Twitter, "We were honored today to host the commander of Russian forces operating in Syria, General Alexander Chaiko, it was a very productive meeting, and we agreed to deploy Russian troops in both Amouda and Tal Tamr." "We look forward to furthering joint efforts in the interest of our two countries," he said.

On October 22, Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart signed a memorandum of understanding to end a very tense situation on the Syrian-Turkish border. The two sides agreed on several points on Syria, most notably the withdrawal of the YPG to a depth of 30 kilometers from the border. Turkish and Syrian forces leave Tal Rif’at and Manbij towns, Russian and Turkish forces conduct joint patrols in northern Syria within 10 km of the border, deploy Syrian border guards and Russian military police on the border with Turkey, as well as work to secure the return of fence refugees Yin who are in Turkey.

On October 9, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan launched a military operation so-called "Spring of Peace" in northeastern Syria to "clear People's Protection Units (YPG), which Ankara considers. It is an arm of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and operates within the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) as part of a campaign to fight ISIS (a terrorist outlaw in Russia and a large number of countries) and secure the return of Syrian refugees hosted by Turkey to their country.
