Eighth anniversary of the martyrdom of three Peshmerga fighters from Roj Peshmerga in battles against ISIS terrorists

ARK NEWS.. Wednesday, August 14, 2024, marked the eighth anniversary of the martyrdom of three of Roj Peshmerga in battles against the terrorist organization "ISIS" in the axes of Gwer and Khazir in the Kurdistan Region.

Peshmerga Habib Qadri Muhammad is from Qamishlo city, Ibrahim Hamza Farho is from the village of Mashouq affiliated with the town of Terbespiye in Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan, and Kamiran Hussein Saleh is from Duhok city in the Kurdistan Region were martyred on Sunday, August 14, 2016, while a number of other Peshmerga were wounded.

The body of the martyr Ibrahim Hamza Farho was buried in the Martyrs Cemetery in the Shakki area of Duhok city in the Kurdistan Region with the participation of a large crowd of cadres and leaders in the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, the Kurdish National Council parties, personalities and government representatives in the Kurdistan Region, and refugees from Domiz camp from the sons of Syrian Kurdistan.

The body of the martyr Peshmerga Kamiran Hussein Saleh was buried in the city of Duhok in the Kurdistan Region, on Sunday, 14/8/2016.

As for the martyr Habib Qadri Muhammad, his body was buried in the Qaddour Bag Cemetery in Qamishlo city after harassment and arrests of those participating in the funeral procession by PYD militants.
