ARK News: A source close to the Democratic Union Party the (PYD) disclosed on Thursday on a meeting between the leader of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and the Syrian Deputy Defense Minister in Qamishlo city in order to arrange and prepare for military measures in the city and its control areas in eastern Syria.

The source pointed out that "these measures allow the regime's army to be stationed near the village of Na’matly as well as in the vicinity of the international road, southeast of Qamishlo, and near the areas of Tell Alo", in addition to securing the protection of leaders of "wanted" PYD militants in Ankara, whose lists were recently handed over to the United States, demanding "SDF" to transfer those wanted to nearby areas under its control to prevent the Americans from handing them to Turkey and provide a safe haven for them if Washington thought so".

The source revealed about transporting all the wounded YPG by large aircraft to Damascus, where there are currently in the Syrian capital about 700 fighters of the YPG of the wounded are under the auspices of the regime.

An informed source revealed on Wednesday, about the contents of the discussions of a delegation of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Syrian regime, who returned from Damascus to Qamishlo city after a round of talks with regime officials on the fate of the eastern Euphrates region.

The source added that “a delegation headed by Ilham Ahmed, head of the Executive Body of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), returned to Qamishlo city after meeting with senior officials in Damascus and the Russian base of Hamaimim in the Syrian coast.”

The source revealed that “Damascus demanded the delegation of the Syrian Democratic Council to hand over the heavy weapons that they had received from the Assad army, including tanks, and the withdrawal of the Syrian Democratic Forces from the centers of both Qamishlo and Hasaka and handed over to the regime, reactivating the state institutions, with allowing the Assad army to deploy in Hasaka province.

The source pointed out that "soon will be agreed to hand over Raqqa and Tabqa to the regime", indicating that "the problem is currently in the US rejection," and the source went on to say: "But America will acquiesce in exchange for concessions from Russia," according to his saying.
