The Duhok branch of the Kurdistan Region Refugee Teachers Association holds its founding conference

ARK News… The Duhok branch of the Kurdistan Region Refugee Teachers Foundation, on Friday, September 15, 2023, held its first founding conference in the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria in Domiz camp.

The conference was attended by Haji Kalo, member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, member of the Central Committee, and Shivan Barwari, official of the Teachers’ Organization in Fayda and a representative of the Fayda Local Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (PDK).

In addition to the parties of the Kurdish National Council, the Kurdistan Martyrs Foundation - Syria, the Committee for the Care of Refugees in Domiz Camp, and Hassan Qasim, President of the Association, in addition to the presence of 139 male and female teachers.

Haji Kalo welcomed the conference preparation committee, the administrative body and all attendees, and touched on the importance of this conference in the lives of Kurdish refugees residing in the camps as a solid and solid foundation for the service of science and knowledge.

Stressing that teachers are the foundation of progress, prosperity and progress, because of their role in building generations in the service of their country and the just rights of their people.

During the conference, eleven male and female teachers were elected to the administrative body of the Duhok branch of the Refugee Teachers Foundation in the Kurdistan Region.
