ARK News… After the application of the electronic system to enter the Kurdistan Region, an account has recently appeared on the (Telegram) application in the name of (Sipan-al-azzo), where he requests personal documents from our people in (Syrian Kurdistan and asks for a sum of $250 in return for obtaining approval (a transit permit to enter the Kurdistan Region.
Therefore, we draw the attention of our citizens in (Syrian Kurdistan) that the service of obtaining a permit to the Kurdistan Region is provided by the government of the region free of charge, and it is not permissible to pay any amount of money to any party in return for taking this permit, and that this work is contrary to the laws of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and they will take this action. There is no legal link between the aforementioned (Telegram) and the region's institutions.
