Afrin … Elements of an armed group loot olive crop from two fields
ARK News: an armed group harvested two fields of the olive crop in coordination with displaced people from Ghouta of Kurdish civilian in Afrin, Kurdistan.
A special source from Afrin city said to ARK News that “the pro-Turkish army el-Hamzat faction looted on Thursday 18/10/2018 the harvest of two fields of olive trees of Kurdish civilians from Basuta village in the side of the junction road of Gurzele village belonging to Afrin city in coordination with 40 of displaced people from Ghouta among them elements of Ahrar el-Sham faction “
The same source said that “the one olive field belongs to the Kurdish civilian, Najeeb Khalil Othman about 70 of olive trees, and the second field belongs to the Kurdish civilian, Ali Shaheen about 200 ones, these harvests are the only source of the livelihood of these two Kurdish families.”
It is noteworthy that the pro-Turkish army factions, which participated in the occupation of the city of Afrin, committed dozens of crimes against the people of the city and its countryside, killing, kidnapping and torture, along with looting and theft, burning agricultural crops, the seizure of property of citizens, and the destruction of monuments and religious.
