The PYD intends to expel the displaced of Afrin by transferring them to other Syrian regions
ARK News… A Kurdish media revealed that PYD militants have moved the displaced of Afrin to other Syrian regions, and the people of Afrin in the al-Shahba areas are trying with the most severe means from al-Shahba.
The media, Rohat Muhammad, said that military reinforcements for the armed militias have reached the areas of contact with the Kurdish units in the al-Shahba areas.
He explained that the regime's gunmen and Iran's militias that have spread in several villages belonging to Afrin, as well as in the vicinity of al-Shahba areas, are to protect the (Shiite) towns of Nubil and al-Zahra and not to protect the areas controlled by PYD militants.
The Kurdish journalist explained: The people of Afrin in the al-Shahba areas are trying with the most severe means to get out of al-Shahba, as some of them head to Afrin and some to the city of Aleppo before Turkey implements its threats.
He said that the PYD militants may transfer the displaced people of Afrin to other Syrian regions, and warned of a humanitarian catastrophe in the event of the Turkish attack on the al-Shahba areas, which are home to more than one hundred thousand Afrin people in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
