A member of the political body of the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces, Abdullah Kaddo, told ARK News that during the meeting, they discussed ways and mechanisms that benefit the implementation of the Caesar law, in a way that constitutes pressure on the regime to force it to submit to the international political process regarding the Syrian issue.

On the east of the Euphrates, the meeting stressed the importance of the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue, as it would be a cornerstone for the dialogue between the Kurds and the rest of the components to move to joint management of all components on a Syrian national ground and with Syrian hands and to achieve disengagement from the PKK.
The importance of the Peace and Freedom Front between the Kurdish, Arab, and Assyrian components was also emphasized a month ago, in order to avoid any clashes and war between the Syrian components.

The participants stressed the need to solve the water problem in Hasaka, and to resume pumping water from Alok station. For its part, the American side affirmed its great efforts to restore water to the people.

During the meeting, the need to empower local councils that represent their inhabitants, in Deir Ezzor and other areas, was addressed without any marginalization, to establish participation and reduce congestion.

The two sides stressed the need to focus on the main goal of all Syrians, which is to exploit the conducive conditions to weakening the regime’s authority, removing legitimacy from it, and strengthening the legitimacy of the patriots opposed to the regime.
