Quickly before Caesar... Russia is asking Assad for additional Syrian facilities
ARK News.. It seems that Russia will repay its debt to the President of the Syrian regime, Bashar Al-Assad, at a faster pace than before. Interfax news agency reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs to hold talks with Syria to receive additional facilities from them freely.
Within the framework of the agreement regarding the deployment of a Russian air group, Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to negotiate with the authorities of the Syrian regime on the transfer of more real estate and water.
The decree states that the government’s proposal to sign Protocol No. 1 to the agreement between the two countries regarding the deployment of an aviation group of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Syria should be accepted on August 26, 2015. It also includes the transfer of an additional property and water area.
This comes within the framework of expanding the Russian Hamaimim base in Latakia.
