Remaining of Syrian regime in transitional period .. And legitimacy of Iranian occupation!

ARKnews: Member of the Political Bureau of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan – Syria, Dr. Abdul Hakim Bashar wrote an essay about how can America reconcile between the remaining of the Syrian regime in the transitional period and the legitimacy of the Iranian occupation and this is stated in the following report:
The former US administration in the era of president Obama announced in 2012, that the Syrian regime has lost its legitimacy, and that Assad should leave power. Most of friends of Syrian people have stressed on the same attitude , including many EU countries, especially France, Britain and some regional countries, and Qatar.
The Syrian National Council at that time, which was considered the political representative of the Syrian revolution from the point of view of the Syrian people’s friend , followed by the National Coalition of the Revolution forces and the opposition, which was established under the auspices of friends of the Syrian people at the end of 2012 and which was recognized by 114 countries as a representative of the Syrian revolution. The need to implement the Geneva Declaration of June 30, 2012, which provides for the formation of a transitional governing body full of executive powers of the opposition and the regime and other parties by mutual consent with the restructuring of the army and the security services and based on the principle of mutual consent, Assad will have no role in the transitional period and in Syria's future, and the statements of officials of most of the countries of Friends of Syrian people, including America, Britain and France, emphasized on the need to implement the Geneva Declaration, and that Assad will not have any role in the transitional period and in the Syria’s future, but asked him to step down and the need to turn him to the competent courts of the crimes and massacres that he committed against Syrian people.
The attitude of the friends of the Syrian people, which stressed on, that the Syrian regime has lost its legitimacy, and this means politically and legally that all the decrees issued by the regime and the decisions that taken by the agreements concluded are decrees, laws and agreements are void and therefore, the Iranian presence with its sectarian militias, which entered Syria, And Iran and the sectarian militias claim that they came to Syria at the request of the regime. This was confirmed by the head of the regime again and again in all his interviews except the latter. He said that there are no Iranian forces in Syria, this statement came after the Russian attitude on the presence of these militias, this regime is lost its legitimacy from the point of view of Friends of Syrian people and the representatives of the Syrian revolution, so is the presence of the Iranian occupation is illegal, but because they entered at the request of the system is illegal.
However, changing the priorities of the international community, including the friends of Syrian people in general and the United States in particular of the path of political solution in Syria, which was based on the Geneva Declaration of June 30, 2012 and the need to achieve transitional justice and accountability of human rights violators and perpetrators of crimes and massacres, Especially after the terrorist attacks perpetrated by the terrorist organization D in Paris, Belgium and a number of European countries, and the focus on fighting terrorism as a priority, with the realization that it was the regime that made terrorism to present to the international community as the supposed alternative to Or despite the fact that the High Commission for Negotiations presented in Geneva 2017 many documents and evidence confirming the relationship of the regime with the organizations classified on the terrorist lists according to the resolution of the Council, especially the terrorist organization and the extensive commercial exchange between the two parties through intermediaries sometimes and directly at other times and the elimination of terrorism in Syria, which is impossible to have this regime, which has become the main kitchen of his industry, and has the ability to make new copies of the new names and advocates to maintain his theory, which he gave to the international community and succeeded in influencing their attitude is either the regime or terrorism !!
In this regard, the change of the international community, especially America, to its priorities for the political solution in Syria is very contradictory in terms of announcing its determination to limit the influence of Iran in the region starting with Syria and their acceptance of the remaining of Assad in the transitional period and search his powers in it.
The legitimacy of the Iranian presence or occupation of Syria would be a major obstacle to the American effort to limit the Iranian role in Syria and the region and put America in the face of a real dilemma: the fight against the legitimacy of the Iranian presence in Syria.
The acceptance of the remaining of Assad in the transitional period means to legitimize all its resolutions and its agreements, including the legalization of the presence or the Iranian occupation of Syria, these (legitimacy) would be a major obstacle and as an abortion the US efforts to curb Iran's role in Syria and the region, and puts America in front of a real dilemma which is fighting (the legitimacy of the Iranian presence) in Syria.
How can America reconcile between the remaining of Assad in the transitional period and the reduction of the role of Iran in Syria, which is the main protector of the continuation of this regime .
