Lebanon Hands Over 70 Individuals to Syrian Authorities, Including Former Assad Regime Officers

ARK NEWS.. Lebanese sources have reported that the Lebanese government has handed over 70 Syrians to Syrian authorities, including officers from the ousted regime of President Bashar al-Assad.
According to Lebanon’s official news agency, "The army, on Saturday, December 28, 2024, handed over approximately 70 Syrian nationals to Syria’s military operations administration, including officers of various ranks from the former regime’s forces."
The transfer reportedly took place in the presence of a Lebanese security delegation at the Al-Arida border crossing between the two countries.
