U.S. Secret Service Foils Another Alleged Plot to Assassinate Trump
ARK News.. U.S. security agencies have thwarted another alleged threat targeting the area around the seat of government in Washington, following the arrest of an armed migrant near the White House. During preliminary questioning, the suspect reportedly claimed that he had heard voices ordering him to assassinate U.S. President Donald Trump.
The U.S. Secret Service said on Saturday, November 7, 2026, that the suspect was identified as “Ronnie Crinos,” an undocumented migrant from Venezuela who entered the United States through Mexico in March 2024.
According to a statement by the Secret Service, the arrest took place on Thursday evening after officers spotted Crinos inside his vehicle. They found three different firearms and dozens of rounds of live ammunition in his possession.
Investigators also quoted the detainee as saying that “repeated voices in his head were pressuring him and telling him to do nothing other than kill Donald Trump.”
