Kurdistan Region Condemns Attacks on Jordanian Security Personnel and Egyptian Border Guards
ARK News.. The Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Department of Foreign Relations has strongly condemned two terrorist attacks targeting security personnel in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and border guard forces in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
In an official statement issued on Friday, November 6, 2026, Safeen Dizayi reaffirmed the Kurdistan Region’s full solidarity with Jordan and Egypt, expressing its support for all efforts to protect their security, stability, and territorial integrity from threats.
He said that targeting security agencies and border guards constitutes a criminal act that requires collective efforts to confront terrorism.
Dizayi also extended his sincere condolences to the families of those killed, as well as to the governments and peoples of Jordan and Egypt, and wished those injured a speedy recovery.
