Turkey plans to apply Al-Bab City scenario to this region as well
ARK News: Turkey has said it will intend to apply the scenario of the control of Al-Bab city in rural of Aleppo on the areas of eastern Euphrates which controlled by PYD militants.
This came during a pictured telephone conversation between the Turkish Vice President, Fouad Aktay from Cyprus with the Turkish soldiers in Aqil hill in Al-Bab city.
"Turkey will transfer its success in the Syrian Al-Bab region which carried out in Syrian Al-Bab region(The expulsion of Da’esh organization)," to the east of the Euphrates River”, Aktay said, quoted by Anatolia news agency on Friday (November 16th).
"The control of Al-Bab city contributed to the failure of a scheme woven against Turkey" according to what Aktay said.
It is noteworthy that there are fears of repeating the Afrin scenario in the eastern region of the Euphrates, if the Turkish army and armed groups enter to it, which will spread more chaos, including the blurring of the national identity of the Kurds through demographic change.
