Are there secret negotiations between the Kurdish National Council in Syria, ENKS and the Democratic Union Party (PYD) at the moment?
A Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria (PDK-S) and the head of the Foreign Relations Committee, Kamiran Hajo said, among a part of his participation in the program on the Rudaw satellite screen, that they, in the Kurdish Nationa Council in Syria are not against the direct negotiations with PYD.
Hajo added: "Currently there are good parties mediating between the two sides of the rapprochement, but at the moment there are no direct negotiations between the two sides.
