Afrin … Kurdish Displaced returning to their villages from rural Aleppo
ARK News: A number of Kurdish displaced families returned from the rural Aleppo through the southern villages of Afrin to their city of Afrin and its villages.
According to Kurd activists published on their social networking sites that a number of Kurdish families returned two days before on 6/11/2018 walking from the towns of Nubil and Zahra to their villages in Afrin Kurdistan, despite the difficulty of the roads.
More than 100,000 Kurds were displaced because of the war in Afrin region to the rural areas of Aleppo, like Nubil, Zahra, Fafin, Tel Rifaat, and they were forced to stay in the camps because of PYD’s pressure that prevented them from returning to Afrin or heading towards the Kurdish neighborhoods of Aleppo city such as Ashrafiyah and Sheikh Maqsoud.
