Afrin … ARK monitors works of Local Councils for last October

ARK News: Since the seven Local Councils (Afrin City Center and its six belonging towns, Rajo, Jenderes Bulbul Shara Mabata Shiye) have taken over the initiative, despite the lack of necessary and needy ingredients, however, with support and coordination with humanitarian organizations, they continue to provide services and assistance to the citizens of Afrin in the city center and its towns and villages.

The ARK Media Foundation from its own sources and what was able to obtain the work of the Local Councils for the tenth month of last October 10/2018 as follows and according to the date of the oldest:

On Thursday 2018/10/4, Friday 2018/10/5 and Saturday 2018/10/6 the Relief office of the Afrin City Council and with the support of IHH distributed the bread to the families in the city center.

On 8/10/2018 the Local Council in the Jenderes town has paved and rehabilitated on 8/10/2018 the main streets at the entrance to the center of Jenderes town.

On 9/10/2018 the Local Council of the Rajo town has installed new generators for the water supply station in the center of Rajo town.

On 13/10/2018 the Relief Office of the Afrin Council distributed the rice in the villages of Kafardaly Foqani and Tahtani.

On 16-17-18- / 10/2018 the Relief Office in cooperation with the organization Afad Organization distributed food baskets to the families in the city center.

On 17/10/2018 the Local Council carried out maintenance work at the water station in the Meydanky dam of Shara town to regularly pump water to the people of Afrin and surrounding villages.

On 18/10/2018 the Relief Office in the Local Council in Afrin, in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent, presented special chairs for children, the elderly and civilians with special needs.

On 19/10/2018 the Local Council of Afrin did maintenance work for water lines to ensure to access water for all areas of Afrin based on the plan, which aims to pump water on a daily basis to Afrin.

On 24/10/2018 the Jenderes Council conducted a number of activities in agriculture, services, education and equipping all schools to restore stability to all families while ensuring a good educational level.

On 27/10/2018 the Local Council in Shiye town has assigned specialized staff and drivers of the competent mechanisms to reopen roads leading from the center of the Shiye to the villages and from the center to the city of Afrin after the wave of floods in the region.

On 27/10/2018 tents were erected in the village of Jalame instead of destroyed schools as a result of the war.

On 28/10/2018 rending from the renovation of the Khirbet Shara School after it was washed by the Civil Defense teams to be ready and open its doors for students and begin with the official time, which includes primary, preparatory and secondary students.

On 28/10/2018 the Executive Office and the Central Committee of the Olive in the Local Council of Bulbul to see the actual reality of the presses of the town. A number of meetings were held with the people in the fields and the owners of the presses and listening to their complaints. The head of the Council, Mohammed Sido, presented all the instructions in this regard and provided facilities by the Council for transferring oil, olives, and Perrine within Afrin region.

On 29/10/2018 ending the boundaries of playgrounds in Afrin city schools and equipping them with the necessary equipment to start sports activities for students.

On 31/10/2018 Mabata and Shiye Council - Training the nursing staff under the supervision of a specialist doctor to start nursing works.
