ARK News: Yesterday, 2/11/2018 was the eighth anniversary of the departure of the former secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria, Haj Daham Miro.
His life in brief:
Haj Daham Miro was born in 1925 in the village of Se Girka Miro, and he took over the leadership of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria (Party) in Nawbardan Conference in 2973 Where the two sides of Party were united at that conference, which was called the Unitarian Conference under the supervision of Barzani the immortal, , and in 1972 he was elected as the secretary of the Party, in the first conference of the Party in the area of Bamirni in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, In 1973 he was imprisoned by the Syrian authorities and remained in prison for 6 years and 8 months, this came after a statement published by the Party against the project (Arab Racial Belt) and the result of his national attitude against the policy of the Syrian regime.
Haj Daham Miro was one of the brave strugglers in the liberation movement of Kurdistan people and was a close friend of Barzani the immortal who participated in the September Revolution, and he also participated in a number of Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) conferences as an observer.
Haj Daham Miro, a former secretary of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria, died on Tuesday afternoon, 2-11-2010 at the age of 90.
His body was buried at ten o'clock in the morning from Derik city on Wednesday, 03/11/2010 to his hometown in the village of Mozlan where he was buried.
