An official at the Barzani Charity Foundation reveals to Ark the fictitious numbers were allocated for Kobany and Afrin

ARK News: The official of research and media of the Barzani charity Foundation revealed that "The bad management in Kobany was the reason why the Barzani charitable Foundation’s aid continued to not reach to that city."
During his participation in the "Special Encounter" which was broadcast on the ARK screen, the research and media official of the Barzani Charity Foundation, Rawaj Haji said when the situation of Kobany city distressed, and before reaching the Peshmerga of Kurdistan Region to the city and its liberation from ISIS, The Barzani Charity Foundation is the first organization able to deliver humanitarian aid to the city of Kobany.
“The Barzani Charity Foundation has allocated about half a million of US dollars to contribute to the reconstruction of Kobany in all fields, but because of the bad management of the city of Kobani by its authorities the Barzani charity Foundation stopped its projects in Kobany.
In belonging to Afrin, the research and media official in the Barzani Charity Foundation said that the Foundation has made its efforts in delivering aid to the people of Afrin city, but because of the siege that the city was suffering from and the failure to open the border in front of the Foundation the aid did not reach.
“Since the start of the Turkish attack on Afrin, the foundation has worked its best to deliver the aids to the people of Afrin, but because of the Turkish-Syrian siege and other parties on Afrin and their refusal to open the border crossings, the Foundation was unable to do anything”, Rawaj Haji added.
“The Foundation is always ready to provide humanitarian services to the needy people, and when the Foundation has the opportunity to deliver the aid to Afrin, it will not fail to do so”, Haji added.
